Anita is recommended by two of my friends that she had helped before to get each their home, she is highly recommended by them so i asked her if she could help me with the process of finding my own house, as a first time home buyer, I've done my fair share of research on navigating through home buying process, but there's still a lot that i do not know. Anita guided me through the process and tried her best to answer my questions. I love the fact that she was there to answer my questions even after office hours and on the weekends. As a first time home buyer I have a lot of concerns about the market and what not. If you are looking for someone to help you get a house in this though market, Anita is definitely the good choice. She is very knowledgeable in the market, and I appreciate her sharing her knowledge to me. She even helped me get a realtor that helped me get a house. She will answer your questions even on the weekends. She is what you want in your team when looking for a house.

First and foremost our Realitor’s Darlene and Darryl Little who recommended this corporation to us was AWSOME!!! We loved the way they work as a husband wife team. They will never leave you on the back burner. You call, they answer or will call you back in a timely manner.. that’s what we liked the most. If we had a question and they didn’t know the answer, then that’s what they would say, “we don’t know let us find out”.Thank You, Thank You Darlene and Darryl Little for letting us be apart of your family!Secondly Jack did a great job by keeping us reassured, he called us right back without hesitation and had an answer for our questions rapidly. Paul Smith at Fairway was an incredible resource for me buying my first home. He was incredibly attentive and available for any question we had at any time of the day. On top of being polite, professional and helpful, Paul pushed our loan through in record timing. Our agent said he'd never seen a loan get approved that quickly. Thank you Paul!!
