This was my 3rd time renting from this office. Once again, it was a wonderful experience. The original vehicle did not work for our needs, so they quickly came up with a second option for us. Their customer service was impeccable and friendly. They will continue to by my "go to" for all my rental car needs.

my car was recently damaged in the wind storms. i needed a rental car. Reached out to enterprise in Vacaville California Vicki was my customer service rep and the process really smooth and was easy and was out the door. That same day I noticed the brakes were squeaking and not in the best of shape. I called the office back and no problems they were able to take back my vehicle and they got me in a nicer, bigger SUV. Upon the return my customer service rep was Michaela, she was so informative and made the return process easy. Most of all we walked the vehicle together and inspected it inside and out. Overall, I am very satisfied and will be using enterprise in Vacaville for all my car rental needs.

Update: The business manager commented and asked me to reach out to him via email to address the situation, however it seems as if that was only to maintain a positive image on yelp because he has not emailed me back after I emailed him. I had such a bad experience with Enterprise in Vacaville. I went in today Wednesday around 3:30pm to rent out a car and the lady working was not helpful at all. She was really rude and bad customer service. Yesterday, Tuesday I had gone in too, to pickup the car and she was rude. She was rushing my boyfriend and I because she said they were about to close. She scheduled us to pickup at 8am on Wednesday when I told her I could not make it at that time, yet she proceeded to make the appointment at 8am. When I called around 11am on Wednesday, the lady I talked to said that I didn't show up to my appointment so they didn't have a car for me anymore. I stated that I had told the worker the day prior that I could not make it at that time because I had to go to work. So when I went in around 3:30, there was no car for me to rent. Even though, the worker had told me I could go in at anytime even if she put me for 8. It was super confusing and a bad experience. Bad service. 0 stars if I could. I don't ever leave reviews unless it's 5 stars but they made my experience so much stressful and harder. I will NOT be going there, I forgot to ask for the worker's name but she was working on 02/27 around 4:40pm and 02/28 at 3:30pm. I went to Fairfield Enterprise instead, and they were so helpful. Do not recommend Vacaville's location.

This was a smooth experience. I was helped right away. All my questions were answered. I was offered two different types of cars in my price reservation. The car was clean and ran super smooth. The employees were very kind and friendly.

Manager Ana Duenas Andrade is completely unprofessional and wasn't able to complete my rental due to her zero inventory and her lack of customer service skills. She made me and another man wait for over 1.5 hours that ran over closing to get a car and then to tell us they didn't have the inventory i was to get. Manager showed me a car it had been smoked it. I declined as I am allergic to smoke. I asked to be upgraded, she straight out refused even after I asked her to contact her district manager. I She then told me she didn't have enough staff to complete the customers there for cars. her words" you need to leave, I need to go home to my kids" .I even asked for the district managers contact information and she REFUSED to provide it. Enterprise will never get my business after this horrific experience. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. After nearly being there for two hours, I left with no rental car and so did the other man that she discriminated against in the last hours of her shift.

Booked reservations for suv to take my family to the snow, booked 3 weeks in advance. When booking the reservation they said I could pay with debit or credit card. I rented a vehicle few weeks prior with debit card with no issue. The morning of reservation I call in to confirm everything which they inform me now I’m unable to pay for this vehicle with debit card. Ruined my family’s whole weekend. Very unprofessional. They should stand by what they tell you and they don’t. Highly recommend going else where

I rented a Beautiful Volkswagen Atlas from this location and it turned out to have a few issues. I called Enterprise and spoke to Michaela about my concerns. Michaela was apologetic but more importantly she span into action and got me another Volkswagen Atlas with no issues the next day. I highly recommend going to this Enterprise rental location and if you get the chance deal with Michaela, although the whole staff is pretty great!

Hyundai put us in a rental here while our engine was being replaced. Excellent staff who were friendly helpful and sympathetic to our car situation. When we didn't like the first option they put us in the perfect van for our time without our own vehicle The van we got was clean and in great condition Michaela ? I think served us both on pick up and return and was wonderful to work with

We were traveling to the SF Bay area when our personal car's warning lights came on. We got off I-80 and went to a car dealership to diagnose and fix the problem. Enterprise was nearby. We called them and they had a car available, picked us up and we were able to continue on our trip and see our family. Enterprise was very helpful and made it all easy for us! Thanks for the great service!

Too expensive compared to the competition and they charged $10 to process the $7 toll charge in San Francisco. I rented from the airport at SFO but prepaid using my credit card. That didn't matter because the line of 12 people or so still took an hour
