First time ever been in this "Family Owned" store!!! My daughter & I walked in & the girl who was supposedly working did not say one word to us!!! I felt unwelcomed!! Mind you these are the products my daughter uses due to health conditions she has. Terrible, terrible business if your not using excellent customer service which first thing you need to is greet your customers!!!!! I wouldn't leave a star at all of I could!!!!!

The customer service isn't great. The owner seems very judgmental and her greeting sounded very disingenuous. I'd rather support a small business where the owner and staff are genuinely helpful and grateful for me to be there. I just didn't feel comfortable here at all.

I called to inquire what kind of goods this business offers as I was curious in passing and it struck me as a ECO thrift type of vibe as in first view in passing you see ECO CHICK and clothes on a rack outside of the store front. Needless to say to my surprise I got a very condescending yet very rude woman on the other end. keep in mind that people are out trying to support small business and tho it may not have been the question you would expect. Your reaction was distasteful to say the very least. I aim to support small business and this has left a very bad first impression.

Thee BEST & Cutest Shop!!! I was so surprised to read other reviews that were FALSE!! Not once has ANYONE ever been rude when I have visited this shop!!! All things HEALTH at Eco Chic!! The staff are knowledgeable and so helpful!! great place and a breath of fresh air!!

Really cute shop and was about to pick up a really beautiful book. Then I took a look at the sticker stand next to the registers. Stickers supporting the NRA, and anti- CRT stickers. Not super surprising in Vacaville... but in case you are someone that would like your money to go to balanced conversations about gun ownership and supporting our children in thinking about the world around them critically (you know, like Jesus did ( which is funny when you find them playing "Christian music" in their store...)), this isn't the spot for you to spend your money. GUNS, dead children (you know, when everyone has access to an AR-15) , and baby sandals. Quite the combo.

This store has a lot of healthy items If you are looking for clean items this is the place The customer service wasn't that nice. The young lady was snappy and wasn't very friendly. Because of the customer service I rate it a 2 star

Pretty shocked to see a small shop willing to mix politics and business. I went in and saw a bunch of three percenter propaganda. You can do what you want with that information but the rest of this is strictly my opinion. Traitors.
