I went to this store to even exchange my stuff, the cashier wanted to do that with no receipt but a manager told that she must not do that(her name was Diana),,the cashier again told her that they can do even exchange with no receipt but she refused! And I know they can.There was a long line of customer and just one cashier and her only concern was this instead of coming out from her office and have another cashier to help people! I asked for customer service phone #but the manager gave a wrong number! By the way I called to customer service and hopefully they will do something for such a manager. Shelfs are usually empty and you just see lot of unopened boxes every where.I went to another branch and they did it for me and it was strange for her that manager didn't do even exchange!!!shame on you guys.

The Dollar Tree is a great place to explore. I stopped in today to stock up on birthday cards, bows, more spring & red, white & blue decorations for the holidays. You can always find a bargain at the Dollar Tree Store.

This Is by Far the Worst Dollar Tree in Thee Area… It’s Very Hot Inside and Dusty Aisles are Packed with stuff that haven’t properly been put on Shelves , Broken and Used Items in the middle of the floors Just Disgusting …After Purchasing Items at the Register I Never Received an Receipt and Then was asked to Repurchase Items I already Purchased … While Waiting 45 mins to an hour to Speak with the Manager The Employees Where Slow to Assist and Rude ….. Don’t Waist your Time or Money With this Pig stye of a Place Very Poor Management !!!

The store is not kept up. It is always messy. Shelves' are bare. The product is blocking the aisles and not put on the shelves. Only had one cashier and had a line of about 6-8 people. After about 10 minutes another cashier finally came and opened another line. This is the worst store for not stocking the shelves and customer service. There are other ones in a different city that is so nice, when compared to this one.

Store was a bit junky...it looked like someone ran through some aisles and pulled things from the shelves and threw them on the floor. Two staff were very helpful. One helped me find a product and after I got in line to pay I saw an item I was looking for misplaced near the register. I asked the cashier where I could find the item? She asked another employee who volunteered to go get me one, and she did. I appreciated the gesture more than she'll ever know! The cashier was also very personable. How nice. Although it's Dollar Tree items are priced around $1.25 - $1.75 each.

Was going to the cemetery and went here for flowers and balloons but the only thing in stock for foral was cattails!?? And the only available balloons we were told were the few balloons floating on the ceiling...with no strings!??

This Dollar Trees location is one of the most stocked locations in NorCal I have ever seen. I can always find what I need when I come here, at a bargain. Depending on the time of day, I can be in and out or waiting Ina very long line with 1 cashier working (Typical of any Dollar Tree location). I honestly haven't had any issues here.

This post is rated -5 stars!! So are your employees too lazy to collect carts? You just had to put those stupid poles on the cart to make things less convenient for customers with disabilities. For people like me who are handicap and buy water, how the hell do you think making 3 trips back and forth carrying large bottles of water is good for us? You didn't think about customer service, you just thought about yourselves.
