I updated this review to 1 star as a result of the dealership’s response.
I have been going to Vacaville Ram for some time now for service needs. I took my truck in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After getting the truck back, while washing it, I noticed that one of my lug nuts was missing on the right/front wheel. Either the tech forgot to put it back on or left it very loose. No big deal and an easy fix fight? Well read on.
I called the service department and explained what had happened. I was wondering if I could get a stock lug nut to replace the missing one (approximately a $23.00 part apparently). The representative told me they “would need to see the wheel”. I told her the wheel looks fine and it is just missing the lug nut. Again she told me I would have to make an appointment so they could examine the wheel. I had a busy day ahead and so I offered to send her the above pic. She subsequently transferred me to “Parts” who said they could sell me the lug nut, but could not authorize a free replacement.
In the end I went to Hoblit in Woodland and purchased the new part.
This review is not about a $25.00 lug nut however (that’s with tax out the door). It is really about customer service and organizational culture. To start, I have to wonder what else was missed if something this obvious was overlooked? Second and most important, If I cannot resolve such a simple issue quickly, how does this dealership handle more serious problems?
While I will likely get the canned “Thank you for making us aware…” response from this, just plain good customer service in the first place, would probably have been much more effective.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle for my wife and after a less than ideal experience at a local dealer in the Seattle, WA area I looked online and found the same model at the Dodge of Vacaville website. I called them up and spoke to Leo Padilla and he did an amazing job of fulfilling all my requests to check out the vehicle. Since I was an out of state buyer I had to build trust with Leo and he did a great job and giving his honest assessment of the car and providing any documentation that was available to him which he could share. I could tell he was very honest and up front about everything. We received the car recently after arranging for shipping and everything was as described. We are very happy with the car and more importantly the experience was a good one when working with Leo. I highly recommend Leo and if he had another car I was interested in buying in the future I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from him again.

Great folks all around. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Shout out to Baily from the call center who helped me in scheduling my appointment and shout out to Zee for being professional and a great person. Would recommend if they have the car for you.

My sales consultant was Maximilian. Max is a very professional young man and is very knowledgeable about what he is selling. After the deal was done, the vehicle went to detail, and Max found out that they only had one detailer that day and it was taking a little longer than usual. It was 110 degrees outside, and Max was back in the detail department helping out the detailer. The vehicle was beautiful when it was delivered to me. After that, Max took the time to go over everything in the vehicle, connected my phone to the radio, and got me dialed in on Android Auto. It was a pleasure working with Max, and he definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience! My wife loves her new Durango!

We absolutely had the best experience from EVERYONE at this dealership and Max was an outstanding salesman. We appreciated all he did for us to make the purchase of our truck as smooth as possible. Thank Max for helping with getting my husband the truck he wanted so badly.

I had just started my searching for a used Jeep and I ended up going here after a not so good experience at a national retailer. Surf, my sales guy, was very polite, professional. He listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a better, newer Jeep than what I was finding elsewhere. Surf went to his manager Tony and was able to get me a lot closer to where I wanted to be, but got me a great deal on a Jeep I absolutely love. Given the start of my journey, it was great to have it end the way it did.

Once again I had great service with Nick Lagusis from the service dept. Nick is very knowledgeable about his craft and there isn’t enough stars to give him his props. Out of 5 stars he gets a 10 star rating. Thanks again Nick you’re the best. BJ ??♂️

It costs $259 just to get your vehicle diagnosed for a potential problem. My vehicle was fine until I took it in to the dealership to have my oil changed. Ever since it has smelled like antifreeze after I drive it for even short distances. I have a 6 year warranty but they said it might not be covered under warranty. I don't have $260 + repairs if it's not. My vehicle is less than 3 years old with only 12k miles on it. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM DODGE, RAM OR THIS COMPANY. My last vehicle only had 60k miles on it when the motor went out.
Update, the radiator was bad in my brand new vehicle, luckily it was covered under warranty and didn't take too long to fix but seriously a bad radiator after less than 12k miles isn't good after my last dodge vehicle had an engine problem after 60k miles. I can tell you after this I will never buy another vehicle from dodge or any of their manufacturers.

This dealership is amazing! Honest, professional and friendly. I was able to drive away with a truck that I am extremely satisfied with for a great price! Derek and Tony are awesome!!! My significant other purchased a used pick up truck a few years ago at this dealership. Why because his coworker "friend" said I can get you a great deal. Coworker "friend" said, he had been purchasing all his automobiles there for years with junior. The coworker "friend" even met us at the dealership. It was an all day affair. Typical sales tactic to me, drag it out. Junior, finance manager at the time, my opinion, a complete gas bag. However, my significant other didn't want to hear it because he trusted his coworker "friend "and junior. My significant other purchased the used pickup truck. They never registered truck with dmv so my significant other had to go back to dealership.
Also, it was not a deal, he paid approximately $1,000.00 more than other dealerships. **Recently his coworker "friend" admitted to my significant other, he would get deals on cars or trucks when he brought business to junior.** Hopefully, this no longer happens. For prospective buyers, if something doesn't feel right and/or your loved one tells you something doesn't feel right, listen.

bought a used car and about little less then a year after buying it i got into a very minor car accident and i took it to a auto body shop witch they had informed me the car had frame damage from a past accident and the dealership should have never sold the car. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Of Vacaville THEY DO NOT DO Quality checks on vehicle trade ins YOU WILL GET SCAMMED, and all they have to say is "Previous Management is back" ok so i was still scammed
