100% Recommend anyone to work with Debartolo & Co for any jewelry needs. I came in looking for an engagement ring, and I had no idea what the process looked like. The owner, Louie, welcomed me with open arms, was patient and very kind, and helped me understand the standards of jewelry, the terminology, and laid out all my options before making a decision, especially in consideration of my budget. By the end of it, we were able to settle on a beautiful, high quality ring, which my (now fiancée) loves! I can’t speak more highly of the team and business.

This is a really nice jewelry shop. The people are super helpful and they do repairs! The selection of jewelry is very nice, especially for womens rings. I trust them and that says allot. Don't go to the mall, go to a real jewelry shop and get the education and the products you want!

My family has been in several times over the last couple of years. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. Their repair work is top rate and their jewelry selection is superb. We always appreciate the hometown attitude and the way they take care of customers.

Have a child's spoon that a garbage disposal ate. I straightened it abit and jeweler finished straightening & polished like new. Wife was very happy because it's a family heirloom. We've had several dealings with Debartolo's always happy to go to them.

Top of the A.M.I went on vacation and purchased a piece of jewelry. I went to BeBartolo & Co Fine Jewelry to get it appraised. Being seasoned Jewelers Louie and Ashley looked at my ring, and gave me some hurtful comments. "Its fake", but before they went any further. They wrote me an appraisal to submit to my bank. I told Louie, "Once this is fixed, I'm coming back." After my situation was resolved. I went back, but this time I took a couple of my rings to use to design a new ring. I selected a peridot as my center stone from Louie's inventory. He then showed me a book to choose the style. After my final approval. They created 'The Vision'. My end result was an amazing peridot center stone with three diamonds on the sides. I'm very happy with the results. If you are ever in the market for something custom I highly recommend this location. If I had to rate it it would be off the charts.

The people at DeBartolo make customer service a part of the experience that makes jewelry shopping an exciting and fun. They took the stress out of the purchase I made for my fiancé and even helped with when I brought him in "shopping" to go pick it up. It was a pleasure doing business with DeBartolo and I definitely recommend for a personable treatment.

My son Ryan took me here for my birthday. I really wanted a gold chain, not to long, not to short. The wonderful lady (whose name I cannot quiet remember) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also needed to get a very special ring I received for my birthday many years ago from my mom. She passed away in 2017. It was specially designed gold band with rubies. I needed it made larger, and the stones/prongs checked. I must say, in my younger years I did not care for my jewelry well. The jewelers did a remarkable job fixing my ring and it looked so beautiful and fit so well. I could not be happier with the service and quality of that service.I recommend this jeweler for your jewelry needs. We've been customers at DeBartolo Jewelers for many, many years. Have had repairs to my jewelry and new purchases, every experience has been great. I feel safe leaving my treasured rings/jewelry for repairs or sizing, knowing they are in good hands. Louie aid Ashley are very knowledgeable, extremely honest, very trustworthy, and so very kind. We love this place!

We got our rings from them and we absolutely love them! My engagement ring is a family heirloom and needed a new band and to be resized. They did a beautiful job with the changes. When it came to finding a matching wedding band they picked the perfect one for me, and it wasn't out of budget either. They are so friendly and welcoming as well

My husband and I discovered this gem about 5 years ago. We’re always greeted with smiles and excellent customer service from Louie, Ashley, Lorianne, and staff. Louie has repaired two pieces that were purchased elsewhere as well as resized a vintage piece for my daughter. They’re very knowledgeable and always willing to assist with my many needs. I look forward to adding to my wishlist.

I was a little intimidated finding an engagement ring for my fiance. However, when I walked into this establishment I was greeted with a warm smile and a very friendly atmosphere. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Everyone went above and beyond to make this a smooth process for me. Even with supply chain issues they were able to get my ring to me in the time frame I needed it by. There was no pressure to sell or go above my budget that I had laid out.
