This location is full of very unprofessional employees. The director Eric, does not care about the clients. The staff have been overheard many time speaking poorly about the clients. They also have zero understanding of HIPPA laws. Sharing loudly private medical information!! Many of their patients are older and they treat them like children. Not walking through their care, leaving them in the dark and frustrated! I would give them a zero if allowed!! They speak in different languages laughing, making patients feel they are laughing at them! I’m not even sure if some of the employees are trained properly!The staff needs professional training! Or new management!
