Olivia R. was fantastic!! I had asked her a ton of questions on their stock of products and prices and she had soo much patience with me, especially since it was about an hour before they closed on a rainy day. She found a couple items for me that I couldn't locate and one of those items, is part of my mom's Christmas present! So YAY!! Thank you for all your effort!! ⭐⭐

Staff was helpful and friendly, took our order over the phone while I waited in the parking lot. I would have given five stars however when I arrived there was a sign on the door for no in store shopping. The website had not been updated. So don't be like me and call before driving over!

I called the other day and placed a order over the phone with a young lady I called around 11:30 I told her the items I needs she took my information and said she would give me a call in 20 mins ! No call I called back at 2:30 spoke with the same lady told her I been waiting for her call did she have my items ready to pick or did she not have them at all she said oh sorry I got busy so I didn't call back but I have all but one item ok cool I'll be on my way I gave her my card number paid for items ! At no point did she inform me they have a new policy on their customer service to where if a appliance doesn't work you can't return nor exchange it (THAT WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY BEEN USEFUL WITH HOW MUCH I SPENT I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT A APPLIANCE FROM THEM AT THIS TIME) but nope not a word! I get items home I go to use my purchase and GUESS WHAT it doesn't work at all what so ever great! I give them a call and then and only then I'm I informed they can't help me and I have to go online and hope the Manufacturing company will replace the item but due to covid they aren't taking exchanges and returns ! Yes I'm irritated because that should be said before you take a person money your servicing during covid so inform people there is a BUT in that! I understand the virus I due fine but I wish I knew I wouldn't have just spent money I can't get back or exchange a appliance I purchased to use now for a reason so here I am back at square one smh!
