Phenomenal customer service! I recently got an inspection and repairs here after a fender bender. They worked with my insurance quickly and the whole process was easy. I had some after-market black caps covering the make and model on my vehicle that were damaged in the crash. I figured I'd have to replace those on my own but I was pleasantly surprised that they ordered and replaced them for me instead of using the chrome ones the dealership sent. They even cleaned and tidied up the interior of my car which I also hadn't expected. The repairs look perfect and they really went above and beyond!

I was completely satisfied with the quality of the actual work done in the end. However as far as customer service my experience was pretty bad. The turn around time was very long and the attitude of the staff was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. When I finally got my car back it was making a very loud noise and it was shaking. I called to let them know and they immediately started to try and deny responsibility. When I took it back in it turned out they forgot to tighten my lug nuts on my tire. So I was driving on the freeway with a loose tire. That is extremely negligent and dangerous! And you would think I would receive some type of apology for this pretty big screw up on their end but nope. Nothing. That isn't just poor customer service it's just disrespectful. It's a shame their customer service doesn't match their quality of work.

After my car was rear ended last month I wasn't sure where to start. After talking with my insurance I got a phone call from Paul, owner of Corby's Collistion, on a Friday afternoon after closing hours. Paul assured me all I needed to do was bring my car in Monday for the assessment. When my husband and I decided we wanted Paul to do the repairs, he got me in quickly and started work right away. When there was a problem with the tailgate mechanism Paul got my car to the Acura dealership and made sure everything was right before returning it to me. Paul was professional and my car looks amazing!! Highly recommend!!

100% the Best!!When picking up my car words just can not describe how pleasantly pleased and amazed I was. They did a Beautiful job!! No short cuts!!Paul made everything happen!! Brought my car in for insurance covered repair. Got the car back and it still had a couple issues. Brought it back a few times and they took care of it no problem each time. Even had to take it to the dealership for more testing that Corby's paid for. Very satisfied with their service.

My car was side swiped by another car while parked. I have gotten work done here before after being rear-ended, and they did an amazing job then too! My car was returned to me shiny, clean (vacuumed) and like new! They did an amazing job, and Paul always lets you know what's going on with your car. No stone left unturned!

Paul has always been a stand-up straight shooter delivering excellent results. I met him at his shop in 1996 when I moved to town and had do a complete paint on my old truck. Since then, he's repaired a couple of cars for me and my friends. I highly recommend Corby's.

I went to this shop 2 months ago and was shocked at the unfriendly service. If I'll be spending money to get my truck repaired, I'll be spending it at a body shop where customer service is their top priority.
