We've been part of the Childtime family in Vacaville, California for the last 10 years. Today's our youngest child's last day and she'll go into kindergarten next year, but I just want to say thank you to Childtime for taking such good care of our kids. The staff at our center have been consistently loving, responsive, and caring, and really made us feel safe and connected. It was hard leaving my babies when I had to work, but I really appreciated being able to feel secure knowing that they were growing in an enriching and loving environment. Thank you for the last decade. ?

I have worked at child time for a long time. I love the management and all the staff. Everybody is family and helps and loves the children so much! It is such a positive, happy, and loving environment. The building is so clean, management is great at communicating and answering questions. The environment is inviting.

Absolutely love the staff and director here. My daughter can’t get enough of the activities, arts and crafts she does especially around the holidays (we have them hung up all over the house). We both adore the friends she’s made and the socialization time she has with her peers and teachers. The summer program is extra fun and engaging for parents who have to work through summer months. The pre-k program has given her the confidence she needs for kindergarten with letter practice and recognition skills as well as beginning to sound out words. My daughter will continue to attend the school age program after school because we love it here so much!

I have been at Childtime for just over 4 years. I started as a Lead Pre-K teacher. I am now the Team Lead. I have learned so much here from my peers all the way to the Director, Ms. Cari. The team that she has established is a great group of teachers. We all share ideas and are able to brainstorm with each other. Ms. Cari has an open door policy in her office and is always willing to chat with teachers or parents about any questions, concerns, or ideas anyone has.

I love our staff! Our teachers have a deep love of teaching and nurturing and it shows in the relationships we have with our students and their families.

My son has had such an amazing experience in the toddler room. Ms. Kaylan, Ms. Tajah, and Ms. Auna engage the kids in so many activities! I love all the photos I get and water table Fridays are the best!

I am tried to get admission for my son with child time Vacaville. 2022 April my son was in waiting list number 3 in the age group of two's now its 2023 March. He is still in waiting list this time his waitlist number is 11 I don't know how?? Every time I call they say We have vacancy but we don't have teacher in a month or three months we will hire one and give you a call. Its been a year, i am pretty sure they would admitted students the twos class from 2022 march to 2023 march. They have some hidden criteria like race or religion or color I don't know what it is. If any one heard same stories from child time vacaville please share.

Our daughter went here for months while she waited for kindergarten. The staff is super professional, the pricing is extremely fair, and they were always doing fun things with the kids. I went to pick her up once and there was bounce castles, pop corn, cotton candy, a bunch of stuff. My daughter loved it, and I recommend it to everyone that asks.

Thinking back on my daughter's daycare/preschool experiences - this center was by far the most expensive & worst place my daughter attended. My daughter is very social but this is the only place she EVER experienced bullying, by 3 girls at age 4/5, she's 7 now but still talks about it & writes books about how to deal with bullies so she can help other kids. Ms. Heather was beyond horrible and the director Cari was complicit fixing/improving things for the children, I submitted a complaint to corporate- they did NOTHING.They also charge extra for preschool curriculum & after months of "doing" the preschool program most of the workbooks were empty and they were mostly just journaling & doing lessons that could've been achieved with dollar store materials. I talked to several parents in the class who agreed that their kids weren't progressing. If you're looking for a preschool - I'd keep looking.

The main customer service dept that answers calls has information that totally mismatches the information the school has. Customer service will say child to teacher ratio is 1:10 and school will say it's 1:12. Customer service will say spot is available and school will say there is no teacher and the waiting list is long. And They're reckless with documentation. They did not note down my request for my boy to be put on the waiting list, so he was supposed to be on 3rd and now he's on 7. Very frustrating.
