Corwyn and all of the staff I encountered were extremely friendly knowledgeable and HELPFUL! I came in to open a business account and one of their appointments was a no show so they gladly squeezed me in. Thank you!

The service rep Jeanette has a cold demeanor. She made me feel I was inconveniencing her and uncomfortable. This is my second experience with her. I tried not to overthink as I get people have different personalities. But when I saw how nice and polite she was to the white lady right after me, it made me realize she was treating me differently based on my race. This experience has made me very uncomfortable. Regardless of race we are all human with same emotions and feelings. I wish her peace and hope no other customer is treated the way I was treated.

Jeanette at this branch is a teller from hell ‼ With her bad attitude and rudeness, she must know someone in high position for her to be still working there.

I went to open and account and I was told that I needed an appointment; the person in the window/teller made my appointment for next day at 12:30pm.I took a day off from work to go to open my account. I went and checked in and I was told to wait sitting down which I did.10 minutes later the teller who booked my appointment came to me apologizing because she never booked my appointment and I was told to come back at 2pm and maybe they could be able to receive me. Also they gave me the option of returning another day or going to another branch. Very unprofessional bank branch.

chase allowed someone to cash 12 checks a total of 43 times (including 1 check SIX TIMES!!) through mobile deposit. After I caught it, chase said they are keeping my money because it was more than 30 days since the initial cashing of the check.$10,559.38 is how much they stole from me.I immediately reported the fraud and pressed charges on the individual once I discovered the fraud, yet chase is still keeping my money.Now I have to hire an attorney to try to get my money back.F chase!!!!!

Deposited a check from there own institution and they restricted my account even though I spoke to the manager regarding the check and the process, then proceeded to follow all her instructions, but they still had my account frozen until I went in there and showed them I’d and notarized letter.

I walked in and asked for a secure credit card and they told me they don't do those, when I was home that same night I saw commercial for Chase saying they do secure credit cards

The customer service I received from my teller was garbage .. She was rude , and uneducated with what her job role was .. I was asking her details about account and she was clueless .. then I asked for money back and a cashier check and she wanted to charge me .. and I had to tell a couple of times that I shouldn't be charged for a cashier check I have the account type that doesn't .. then she give me money back that I requested I had to count it myself cuz she was unprofessional and should have got my attention and ask me to look at the machine so I can witness the amount .. nope .. so I proceed to count my own money taking up time and holding up the line .. I don't remember her name .. Christina Gonzalez or something her hair was covering up her name probably so other people can't know it either when there helping her as well .!! Chubby cheeks appeared Latin maybe ... but whatever .. true in professionalism at its best ..

Worst experience ever!!! They offered us a sapphire reserve credit card and told us they will waived our military fees. It was a lie. We ended paying $700 for not reason. Not accountability. They made us called 8 different people the entire day and ended just saying: oh I am so sorry we didn't know this information: like we are selling s*** we don't even know what's for. The manager Ginny so rude and doesn't know what's she talking about. Took 35 minutes to find her boss number.

This is ridiculous. 1 atm not dispensing cash and the other with a long line for the past 2 hrs. I'm not even a customer here but I do have some family members.that have been inside at a terror window for about 2 hours. I am outside. They will not let me go in cause they are closed. I wonder what could be taking so long.

One banker between the two Vacaville branches and one Dixon branch that can notarize documents. This seems like a management failure as lots of documents require a notary stamp in finance.

The Chase Bank on Harbison is terrible. Poor customer service. The employees would rather talk amongst themselves than take care of a customer waiting to be served. There is an employee by the name of Rod Ortega. He is the rudest employee they have. I was treated very unprofessional by him today. He left me waiting for 45 minutes. I had to finally interrupt him while he was having a personal conversation with a co-worker. When he did find the time to assist me, he was put out, no eye contact, no communication or clarification related to my questions to him. When we were finished with the transaction, he did not even say goodbye or thank you. Based upon his rudeness I am closing my accounts and moving my money to a different financial institution. Not only my accounts, but my families accounts as well. During this pandemic, Rod Ortega should be grateful he even has a job. There are plenty are positive, customer service oriented people who would appreciate his job and treat the customers with kindness and professionalism.

I walked into Chase bank last week and they were very busy. I noticed Leilani was with a customer that was very upset. She stayed very professional and was able to guide the customer and help them. Thank you for being there for us especially right now during these hard times.
