Went here about a year ago dog sat for two to three hours had me walk back down from Alamo (I didn't have a vehicle) just to wait an additional hour. Dog came out uneven choppy horrible haircut they practically threw my dog at me for complaining about their unprofessional attitudes and behaviors. Totally uncalled for!! Don't take accountability for their actions but just about the only good thing to happen is I didn't have to pay. Oh and my dog had a massive cut on his stomach they probably did that because from what I hear they are abusive towards animals. Never going here again. I seen the owner at the vaccination clinic had the nerve to be listening to Christian radio like yall are a joke. Positivity comes from within it doesn't come from cheating people and abusing animals. Good luck.

She is so sweet to the animals she eveb gave my client a cat carrier cause hers was to small for the cat who got her nails trimmed.

Now my dog thinks he is Pretty!I felt bad when I showed up with my smelly 70lb+ “aggressive breed” an dropped him off Early for his appointment.I was met with smiles and confidence! My boy Gus was comfortable as soon as we entered the shop. This dog didn’t even give me a second look, as he left with Denise. When I came to pick him up, he was in no rush. He wasn’t telling me it’s time to leave, he didn’t aim for the door. I loved how at home my best friend appeared.He has been prancing and posing all day.They gave this “aggressive breed” goofball his confidence back!!Awesome experience.Thanks for being awesome!Fully Recommend!!

I have been washing this dog with the hose, peroxide, and dawn dish soap...... He chases skunks!! With the cold and wet weather, I had to turn to the professionals. He hasn't smelled this good, or been this relaxed ever. The appointment process was painless. He smells better, his ears are clean, his nails are trimmed. He is a Happy Dog!!!He will never get the hose again. Customer for life!!

Had never been here before. People seemed friendly -'s got me an appointment right away. They said they knew how to do a particular cut, but after picking up my dog, you could tell they just took a razor to her back side. The place smells of cigarettes and urine. It needs a deep cleaning! My dog's nails didn't seem trimmed and I could hardly tell them trimmed her. Won't be going back. Sad, as I like to support local businesses.

We have been going to Caudles K9 over 15 years with different dogs. They have always done an awesome job. The owner also helps with rescue of animals. Highly recommend this business

I called to schedule an appointment to have our rescue Labrador Retreivers nails trimmed and the receptionist requested I drop in. I didn't wait once I arrived. I was greeted friendly and my dog received her nails trimmed in the lobby. Thank you, I appreciate your service.

I've been bringing my two dogs here for a few years and now am bringing my mom's dogs here. They are great, super fast and my dogs aren't stressed out like they have been at other groomers.No nonsense, no over booking, and a great job done everytime.

Quality work done in reasonable time. Previously, I brought my pups to TotC, and now K-9 Castle is the only place for my dogs.Best part, she can usually fit you in within a week and rewards loyalty.

My Malinois Belgian Shepherd is 18 weeks & I was scared to bring him by, because I don’t know how he would react but they were so friendly here . Took the time to let me baby get used to them & took good care of him. He was scared of blow dryer so they air dried him, so he wouldn’t get to overwhelm!!! I will definite continue to bring my dog here!!!
