“I was scrambling to book a last minute rental here due to the Hertz in Fairfield messing up my reservation the day I was supposed to pick-up. Enterprise made the process quick and easy. They were very communicative and there was barely a wait time. Everyone hustled and was so nice even on a hot day where they were clearly quite busy. I would highly recommend renting from here and shout out to David for being so knowledgeable and kind!”
“I bought many airline tickets from Iqbal and so far, he was very happy to help me for my travel. I travel overseas at least three times with my family a year. I will buy more tickets from him, including my family cruise next year! While I was in his office for 30 minutes, he got at least 10 telephone calls for service! His deals was better than the Cyber Monday! and the WWW internet. He was very at knowledgeable and knows how to help for travel need. Try his service before judging him. He is a respectable member of the area.”
“I would like to thank Murphy Medical Transportation Inc. for their most professional treatment of my Mother and her family and friends. My Mother had a terminal illness and had always said how much she loved the beach. Did a little research in her area and found a beautiful location. With Mom being bed- bound getting her around was an issue. Thought about a transport, did some research and found Murphy. They arrived early, explained everything and were very cordial and respectful while getting Mom into the van. One family member was able to ride along. We had a beautiful day, and were never rushed. They even waited outside of our schedule for family members running late! Little did we know Mom would pass less than a week later. I cannot thank nor recommend Murphy enough for that day!”
“Luis and his team were incredibly professional. During the brief time I had to wait I heard a lot of challenging personal stories from other customers...some more valid sounding than others, but Luis and his team remained calm and worked diligently to do their best to help each customer. They were patient, polite, factual, and compassionate. While they couldn't always provide the customer with what they were requesting, they pointed those customers in the right direction to get to a point where Enterprise could legally and safely rent them a car. I usually rent from airport locations and this was a totally different experience. Thank you Luis and team taking care of my family.”

“I had a long term rental for the military and the location was right outside base. Alfred was the front desk every time I stopped by and he was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to help me numerous times. Give him a raise!!! I usually don’t have a good experience with rentals but I can’t say that this time. Very very impressed and all the cars are decently maintained and cleaned.”
“We had a last minute cancellation by Enterprise, who made no effort to get us a new vehicle.
This Hertz office got us a similar vehicle at a lower rate and at the last minute.
Thanks to their team, our vacation with family from out of town was not ruined.
I don’t know what’s happened to give them a lower rating, but the team who worked 7/21, 7/22, and 7/28 went above and beyond.
