They were very communicative and there was barely a wait time. Everyone hustled and was so nice even on a hot day where they were clearly quite busy. “Great rentals at a price you can't beat! The front desk is friendly and knowledgeable, the company is very strict on covid guidelines. I rented the black Chevy Cruze which was clean, had nearly a full tank of gas, did NOT smell like mildew or marijuana, and I had no issues with the rental nor with the company. And the rental terms are much more accommodating than hertz and Enterprise.”

“I would like to thank Murphy Medical Transportation Inc. for their most professional treatment of my Mother and her family and friends. My Mother had a terminal illness and had always said how much she loved the beach. Did a little research in her area and found a beautiful location. With Mom being bed- bound getting her around was an issue. Thought about a transport, did some research and found Murphy. They arrived early, explained everything and were very cordial and respectful while getting Mom into the van. One family member was able to ride along. We had a beautiful day, and were never rushed. They even waited outside of our schedule for family members running late! Little did we know Mom would pass less than a week later. I cannot thank nor recommend Murphy enough for that day!”

I will buy more tickets from him, including my family cruise next year! While I was in his office for 30 minutes, he got at least 10 telephone calls for service! “Luis and his team were incredibly professional. During the brief time I had to wait I heard a lot of challenging personal stories from other customers...some more valid sounding than others, but Luis and his team remained calm and worked diligently to do their best to help each customer. They were patient, polite, factual, and compassionate. While they couldn't always provide the customer with what they were requesting, they pointed those customers in the right direction to get to a point where Enterprise could legally and safely rent them a car. I usually rent from airport locations and this was a totally different experience. Thank you Luis and team taking care of my family.”

“Don't be discouraged by the name, because it is far from it. Not only are the vehicles here 100% reliable and dependable. And I have been renting my cars here for a while now, and not one of the vehicles that I have rented uptil now has never let me down.
