Where to start. When we moved in, the apartment needed work as there was a lot wrong. Still stuff wrong. Mold issue still has never been addressed even though it was in writing to the office, I have been non stop sick since we moved in , our washer dryer combo that is used as a selling point never has worked. Our blinds have tape all over them from the previous tennent and dont stay up, were told they would all be replaced by management, but only the missing ones got replaced. So we continue to fight, keeping them up. The floors are warped. The painters who came in before we moved in did a horrible job, I mean horrible job painting. Our floors have stains in the rooms, and floors were gross when we moved in. Floors definitely need to be replaced and should have been replaced before we moved in. Plan on getting charged extra for garbage every month as when they do evictions, they have a company come in and take everything left, which that cost is passed to the tennents. Was confirmed by management when I asked. This complex has a homeless and theft problem. Management claims they have a company that is here at night, and they are getting the situation under control. No one has seen them. Every night, people are in here stealing or in the garbage cans, making a huge mess. We talk with other tennents on the regular. Another selling point that is a lie, the Clubhouse. The club house is still closed, an amenitie that we are supposed to have access to. The laundry rooms are not usuable as tennents just leave their stuff in them and no one else can use them. The card readers only work part of the time. They can't seem to get our utility bills on time from management. Told us to estimate and then can pay the difference. Um, no, get me my bill on time, and it will get paid on time. We were getting our bill on the 11th of every month, and we never got the latest one. These apartments are not remodeled. They are cheaply thrown together, and thats it. When we placed our deposit, we were told the apartment was a remodeled one. Trust me, it's not. According to the website, we are being overcharged on pet rent by about $20. Only positive, I can say, and I litterly mean the only positive, the maintenance guys are on it when I've sent something in. They are awesome, and they communicate. If you have the option to rent else where id recommend it. This place is a disaster. You will be unhappy after about the first month. Dont waste your money! Trust me, there are better complexes!

This is the several times that this apartment changes staff and ownership! I have been living here almost 3-4 years, and literally I have moved from 199 aegean to 159 aegean because it is SUPPOSEDLY a newer renovated apartment they said, but literally the inside is old. Washer is only compatible washing 3-5 pieces of clothes and took more than 2 hours to wash and dry, and it still not drying. The last management has told me that they are planning to change it to 2 units (washer and dryer separately) but that never happened. And i have requested my washer to be changed since 3 years ago, they never changed it. My bathtoom shower has lots of mold built up on the bottom flap and I told them to take it all out and put a new flap strip on it, but what they did was just adding the rubber glue to cover the mold, this is the 3x they did that. And it worn off again because I cleaned my bathroom every week.I hope you guys take this into consideration because this is truly ridiculous.

Came into the leasing office about twenty minutes before close to inquire about 2x2 vacancies, and Ashley went above and beyond to help! She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. She even stayed after closing to make sure we had all we wanted. Great service!

Been here for almost a year and still waiting for an amenities key. Keep in mind; I've been in communications about the property manager about it, they come up with an excuse every time. And that's when I'm able to finally get someone to answer, goodluck with that! No one answers the phone during business hours. Someone parked in my designated parking spot and also got no help with that. Basically, the office staff is severely lacking and they don't know how to properly run an apartment complex. Another note, they don't clean the pools here. I see family after family getting in that bacteria infested pond.

I went into Camden Parc to look for a 2x2 apartment. I met with Ashley and she was so friendly and helpful. Debra, the Manager, chimed in and was super friendly. They gave me information on the area and why I should live there. I had shopped several other properties in the area and this one was by far the nicest and had the friendliest customer service. I left a deposit the same day. Thank you Ashley and Debra for you help and making this transition easy.

I’m giving a 5 star review for the Ashley Tate in the office. I had received a notice about not paying my rent in full when I paid exactly what was printed on my statement. She looked everything over and noticed I paid what my statement said and made a photo copy and is emailing it over to the district office. I always pay my rent invoice. Ashley put me at ease staying this will be resolved. Thanks again Ashley

I've lived here for about 1 year and a half. I wanted to say that this place went through 3 different property management during my time living here, so there was a huge lack of communication on that end when it came to management and getting work orders done. I've gone several months not getting anything fixed by maintenance.Not to mention the biggest issue I have with Camden Parc is the infestation of cockroaches that they didn't nothing about in our unit with our daughters and my new born baby that were living with us as at that time. I asked once to have my unit sprayed and I get someone answering the phone very rudely telling me I need to clean up after myself and put my food away. At this point I was livid and just wanted to get the hell out. The lack of professionalism and compassion is why Camden Parc gets this review that they do from me. I hope in the future you guys get your S*** together.

My boyfriend and I have lived here since 3/2021 and it's been a bit rocky since we've moved in. First off, the grounds are very nice and the people are super friendly and quiet. However, maintenance sucks, you can't reach the leasing office to save your life, and nothing really gets fixed in a timely manner. Our washer/dryer combo has been broken since June and they're not very good with making sure your request is important to them (I had to reach out to corporate due to the lack of communication which got the ball rolling unfortunately). We rarely get updates on our work order and when we do, it's usually that they have to delay the process another week or 2. Our clicker does not work to open the gate, nor does the gate code they assigned to us when we first moved in, and when we asked for a new one they said it would be a $60 deposit. So it's a great place to live as long as nothing breaks or you're handy and are able to fix things yourself. I would not recommend it here.

office never answers their phone calls, barely return calls back. I have left a voice mail for them to fix our stairs, never got a response! Literally it is super annoying that my whole apartment shakes every time my neighbor's kids walk up and down the stairs cause they are stumping their feet so damn hard when they walk and the screws are not secured. PLEASE GET THIS WORK ORDER DONE!

This is disappointing so many times request front office but i don't think they take it seriously coz the trash is been there for more than week always next to my door. I hope management will think about it and take it seriously on priority base because there are flies and germs and its health related issue

I've been living here for close to two years now. Management has changed pretty recently and it's clearly been for the better. I brought up a few issues I had been having with the old maintenance team to Selena at the office and she was very kind and patient with me and ensured me that my issues would be fixed. The new maintenance manager, Jesse, promptly came over and quickly solved the issues in my apartment that the previous maintenance staff was somehow unable to fix. I was honestly on the fence about renewing my lease and these changes being put in place have my mind completely changed. I'll definitely be staying here now!

We lived here for a little over a year. The first year was fine for the most part. When they changed ownership everything went downhill. Their online portal doesn't work and they are trying to charge us 2500$ for "missing rent" even though we've proven we have paid. No one ever seems to know what's going on. They said they would try to fix it but they are unresponsive. We moved out feb 3 and they still are trying to over charge us. No answered emails no returned calls. Do not move here.

I have been living here now for like 3 years. Management had changed. It's under new ownership. I am pretty disappointed to say the least. I put in a maintenance work order request the end of December and have called multiple times to follow up and have yet had anyone come out and address my concerns and fix the maintenance issues. It will be 2 months!! I never had this problem previously. I am hoping to move out soon!

Update 4. They sold and are under new ownership. The place got WORSE!! Hot water out for two weeks. No maintenance in sight. They had no air filters for our unit that fit. The odiot maintenance guys said it must be custom!?!? Like we are going to alter the filter box to make our lives more difficult? Even after giving a measurement, he still couldn't get it right. The property always looks trashed and parking is impossible. Alliances and cabinets are falling apart and still no maintenance in sight. Called FPI properties corporate for help and they hung up on us. We are breaking our lease and moving to the hood so we can get better service from the slum lords

Horrible parking, cars everywhere, parked in fire zones. Impossible for day sleepers, landscapers blowers all day long. Vagrants looting through the dumpsters at night. Overpriced ghetto living. Don't rent here you will regret it.
