As a first time home owner, my water heater failed. It started leaking and my wife was able to a Erik from cal steam. He was so helpful and he help us with the every step of the way. Thank you cal steam for having a get staff.

Wow!!! If every business I frequented had the same level of customer service as I got with Cody at Cal Steam, I'd be so thrilled! I gave an early morning call to inquire about a hard to find valve that regulates the water pressure into my house. Cody spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, asking questions, exchanging pictures, checking specs, to make sure that I was sure about the part(s) that I needed and to ensure that he was ordering all that I needed for the replacement project. This was truly above and beyond the type of service I have come to expect these days. And it certainly impressed me as to how valued Cody made me feel when buying such a small part, compared with some of the really large orders I'm sure they get! I never heard of Cal Steam before now but I've told everyone that I talk to about my experience. Thanks again Cody!!!

Great Customer Service over the phone and in person. Not a place for browsing, despite the contractor supply looks they do sell things to regular retail customers too, the people behind the counter will help you out and retrieve what you need.
