They need a police men, security officer. I saw 5 teens, vandalizing the store. I'm regular customer and sometimes I'm afraid of those guys. Not the employees fault.

Decent breakfast, friendly staff, and great amenities. My family used the airport shuttle. Room was very spacious and my family was very comfortable.

Prices are great, but the store is very disorganised. A lot of packages had been opened by irresponsible customers. Many items had been stolen--diapers, foodstuffs, etc. There was a broken item with its sharp piece on one of the shelves. No-one had cleaned it up! The lighting is quite abysmal. I purchased a brush for my daughter. When I came home, I noticed it had been used, since there was a lot of dandruff on the bristles! They need many more staff members and several security guards!

This is a horrible store to work at, absolutely horrible. They constantly change hours, never have a single manager and overwork the employees.I heard that many days they don't get their breaks if the 'truck' isn't finished.Isn't a 10 minute break MANDATORY in the state of Cali?

Bought a jacket because it's winter and cold. Discovered a giant hole in the lining of interior pocket. Brought it back in for a return, wearing it because its still winter and still freezing out, only to be treated with disdain and a very rude, condescending manner from all staff members for wearing it into the store I was returning it to.
