The only reason i didn't do a 5 star was, thier automated appointment system after you left your name & number , we were supposed to get a call back. That didn't happen. At the end of day 2 i called directly to the operator and she was able to schedule me an appointment for 7:30am the next day. L.O.F & tire rotate done by 8:30am
I still like using the GMC dealership for all my services.

Oil change with vehicle wash done all at one time. My Escalade all cleaned up including the rims which the local car wash places frequently overlook in their haste. All for less time and money than taking it to two separate businesses for the same service.

I came in need of a battery test. They not only were they able to fit me in, they had the battery in stock and were able to install the new one. All the service team were polite and respectful. I appreciated the service I received.

This dealership "deals" in deceptive pricing practices. CA State Law (California Vehicle Code section 11713.1(e)) states that the dealer must honor the advertised price, and yet they refuse stating that I needed to "read the small print". There was nothing in the disclaimers or small print that would support their claim that they did not need to honor the advertised price. Bait and switch tactics. I will be filing a complaint with local TV consumer advocates and other relevant entities.

I have to say I’m usually leary of car dealerships. My experience started with window shopping for a truck, which is where I met Fabian. He was chill and not pushy. We found a truck I liked and after spending a couple days convincing the wife, we purchased the truck. Mike our finance guy was extremely professional and we bonded over our military careers. Saied (sorry if I misspelled his name) assisted in getting the deal done and programming the truck with my phone and getting the On-Star setup. Overall I’m pretty happy with the experience.
