If I could put 0 stars I would. I purchased the prepaid internet from them and it doesn’t work it has only been a week and had a technician come out and they couldn’t fix it either. I tried to return and get a refund and they claimed not to do returns or refund and told me contact Xfinity and so I did and the Xfinity told me to go to where I purchased the router and return it their and they can issue my refund. They refused to if I was Hispanic they would have jumped over hops to get my money back, they called their manager (spoke in Spanish) and said oh my manager says we don’t do refunds or returns. Which is all bull because you expect ppl to pay for something that doesn’t work and you get to keep that money. I will be pressing charges for withholding my money and for discriminating. Your employees have the worst customer service I’ve seen in my entire life.

I got a free phone and great service. Fernando is an outstanding employee. I got the glass protector and a clear case at a discount. The phone and service is much better than Metro PCS. I am a happy camper with a phone I can really use and its 5g.

I came to the store and it was suberkeleen the worker was super friendly and they hook me up with a brand new Galaxy a 14 for 102 $100 with accessories nobody can beat a deal especially thanks to GIO.
