SOMETIMES THEY HAVE 1 OR 2 PEOPLE WORKING THE BACK FOR OPENING ACCOUNTS AND APPOINTMENTS, BUT CAN BE TOO LONG OF A WAIT, SO TRY TO CHECK HOW BUSY THEY ARE BEFORE YOU GO ON THE INTERNET. ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT FOR A LONG TIME.
