They don't shred your personal information. They just tear it up into little pieces. I asked the teller to shred a document with my social on it, and she proceeded to tear it up into little pieces while I stood there waiting. She then threw it in the recycle bin.

This bank is the best of the Bank of America's and others banks I've dealt with as their customer service is exceptional from tellers to managers who are also knowledgeable and helpful always willing to resolve and answer my questions ! They know who their customers are greeting you by your name and providing the best service !

They always have long lines- the tellers are mostly rude every time I go there- there are only one teller that is working and sometimes if you're lucky two are there- maybe that's why they're rude! I've been a client for 9 yrs - trusting them to hold my money- I just expect better service- for being a client that many years - they are the worst establishment- the only reason why I don't change banks is because I have direct deposit on two accounts and it's just a hassle to have to switch banks- I was told it's better too bank at a credit union- this place sucks! And I just went they have a sign up saying there closed for lunch and won't be open until 2pm I wish they would have expressed that on there business- than I drove to the other one & there completely closed down - Vacaville needs to get it together!

This bank, employees, and management is just awful. All I was trying to do was cash my check. Mind you I do not have an account with Bank of America nor would ever get one for this exact reason. This isn't the first Bank of America I went too where I'm constantly questioned on if I have an account with them and if I want one. I always politely decline but then other employees and even management continues to harass me on opening an account and continue to question "where do you bank?" , " does your job offer direct deposit" which they don't, "well you it would make you life "easier" to opening an account." They were full of excuses when scanning my check and saying "the font was changed and they weren't used to that type of font" They then told me to go sit down and they would be with me in a moment. My boyfriend walked in because it was taking so long and that's when all of a sudden their excuses went away. They had an awful attitude when I declined opening an account as well especially one of the managers. I would NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT with Bank of America because they're a shitty bank and their attitude towards customers just tops it off

Zero stars. Terrible customer service. Not enough tellers, and so there's always long lines. Management tells the customers that there is a shortage of workers when asking for more tellers. I should not have to wait almost one hour to make deposits that I can't do at the ATM. The best part is they have someone "triaging" what you need. Perhaps they would better service the customer by helping the other tellers and jumping in to help ease the line. This branch is awful. Other customers were also mad and vocal about it. B of A doesn't care about it's customers. If the other branch in Vacaville was always open, I prefer going there but most of the time that's closed "due to unforeeen circumstances".

Do not understand the rating of this bank!! The customer service is amazing! Quick, efficient and professional, with a very friendly staff!

Compared to another BOA in this city. This is waaayy better! Better customer services! Though not enough teller.. but what bank have enough worker even prior to Covid?! They seem to move fast enough.!

Was worried because of the low ratings, but the branch was great. I needed to make a deposit and they had representatives facilitate the line and address customers with deposits on the spot to move things along. Overall a good experience. Not giving it a full five stars since I'm not a frequent flyer at that branch.

Goodness gracious, this is the LAMEST bank ever. I am not confident in their ability to even manage my money. The hours are ridiculous (they close at 4) and they consistently have 2 tellers open even though they have lines out the door and down the building with 8-10 free teller spaces. Slow as molasses doesn't even begin to explain how slow the staff is here. The branch over on the other side of town in closed, they claim its due to covid, I call BS, it's to save this cheap a** bank money at the consumers expense.

I sincerely hate this branch. Now, BofA sucks in general. But this review is limited to only my experiences with this branch. Two incidents, two different managers. 1. I'm depositing a check. It's a larger check than I normally deposit. And they it needs to be signed off by a manager for some reason. As far as I can tell the reason is because they are trying to sell me stuff I don't want. In the time it takes me to say "no thank you" in five different ways, there are people lining up being me until there are 8 people behind me. I've now been at the window for an inexplicable 15 minutes for something that should have taken 2 minutes. And when they finally complete my transaction, instead of the teller manager opening another window to help with the line that she's caused. She scurries out of the back to catch me as I am walking out the door to try AGAIN. Finally I just snapped and hissed at her in a whisper, " that money I just deposited? It's already gone. It's earmarked for bills, bills and more bills. And when it's all gone, do you know what will still be left? More bills. And I don't appreciate having to explain my personal finances to you or anyone else when all I came in to do was deposit a single check." And then of course, she acts like she's the injured party and passive aggressively complains about my tone. REALLY? 2. I have to get a cashier's check because we are buying a preowned car. Now, just a little background: we are buying a car because mine was totaled in a a hit and run and the insurance gave us a pay out. So I go up to the teller. Again, ONE teller for a long line. I have the money in my account. And I just need a cashier's check. AGAIN the teller has to get approval from a manager. A different manager. Who comes over and notices the cashier's check is going to be payable to a dealership. Instead of just doing her freaking job, and authorizing the check so I could go on with my life she tries to tell me about their financing options. I clarify: 'I am not interested in financing options. Just the cashier's check.' I have to repeat that two more times because she refuses to listen and continues to tell me about interest rates and various options. Finally I say bluntly but politely "I will not finance this purchase. I am not interested in car payments. I am paying for the car in full without financing." You'd think she'd be professional and polite at this point? No. Not at this branch. You know what she says to me? Snidely she looks me up and down and says: "that must be nice. I wouldn't know what that's like. Neither would most people." It was all I could do to bite my tongue. Not only does BofA have the least customer friendly policies in general. But this branch takes that further and adds outright rudeness to the services they offer their customers.

There is a really good chance that the 2nd coming of Jesus will occur before you are helped by one of the tellers here. Please do not pay attention to the other 6 employees that are randomly walking around, it is apparent that they are not allowed to work the teller stations, as never one time that I've been here, even with multiple people in line, has anyone helped the two tellers. This isn't the first time this has happened, it is more like the 5th or 6th, I plan on it now. As I type this, there is only one person in front of me, which means I will have tome to read and correct any mistakes I've made Actually, I could probably knock out Gone With the Wind while I wait. B of A wonders why they have problems, they should try googling "Customer Service". I have moved all accounts/mortgages, etc away from here, other than my Alaska Airlines card. If any other bank offers a AA card, I will gladly change. BTW, I can't blame the tellers for their attitudes, I'd have a crappy attitude too if I had people stacked on me like they do EVERY SINGLE DAY!
