They don't shred your personal information. They just tear it up into little pieces. I asked the teller to shred a document with my social on it, and she proceeded to tear it up into little pieces while I stood there waiting. She then threw it in the recycle bin.

This bank is the best of the Bank of America's and others banks I've dealt with as their customer service is exceptional from tellers to managers who are also knowledgeable and helpful always willing to resolve and answer my questions ! Horrible company to bank with go somewhere else do your self a favor can't even give proper advice to help and assist customers who is the sole reason they are employed
