Who doesn’t love Arco and going in and grabbing a huge Dr Pepper with extra ice for a long day of riding and transporting our favorite people in the whole wide world. The prices are always good the service is always friendly and upbeat the atmosphere is always clean and well-maintained the restrooms are ADA compliant and we can run in and out and jump right back on the road and get back to do what we do best which is transporting all the Solano countysafely in a wheelchair ADA compliant vehicles

Consistently good German bakery. Their pastry selection seems to be shrinking.

I live right near this Arco and my toddler and I love to walk here once in awhile to get a fun treat and something cold to drink on the weekend. We have been here many times and have sometimes brought my small dog in here. The first few times I brought him in, I always asked to make sure it was ok, as there were no signs posted out front about whether they allow dogs in or not. I've always been told it was totally fine. But today however, this older guy (will NOT call him a gentleman) behind the counter, was very rude to me. I was in the back of the store and he starts rudely telling me that my dog is touching EVERYTHING (he literally sniffed one box. I had his 3ft leash on so he wouldn't have been able to move around much). He then demands to know whether my dog is a service dog or not. I responded by informing him that #1 it is illegal to even ask me that, #2 my dog was not in fact touching everything. That he had only sniffed one box, I was watching him to make sure he didn't try to get into anything. #3 we have been to this store a ton of times and have always been told it was fine to bring my dog inside and that there is nothing posted on the front door to indicate that any rules have changed. We've also been in here for at least 10mins and nobody had said anything yet?? #4 he absolutely did NOT have to yell at me from across the store in front of other customers, he could've approached me where I was, and he definitely did not have to speak to me in a rude manner. #5 I asked him if the rules had changed and dogs were no longer allowed in? He didn't reply. So I asked again if his being in the store was really a problem, and did I need to take him outside? He just shook his head and ignored me. So of course at this point I wasn't verbally being very kind either. I was pissed. So no I didn't respond the way I should've. But I was blown away at the level of disrespect he displayed. I expressed to him that he could've totally come talk to me and let me know that rules have changed and they no longer allowed dogs in the store and I would've gladly apologized and taken him back outside. Guess we won't be going back to this store! I won't support a business where the employees feel it's necessary to blatantly disrespect it's customers without even trying to handle a matter with respect first.

For the most part I've never had an issue going in this gas station but recently I've had a few bad experiences with one staff member in particular. He is never friendly and was rude to me when coming in and letting him know the pump I was on wasn't working. I have more peace of mind paying for gas inside and he told me that I didn't need to come back in and tell him and that I could just switch pumps and pay at the pump. He didn't want to help me so needless to say I left and will drive out of my way to get gas from here on out. There also has been a few times that snack I got were outdated and stale but I didn't realize it till I got to work.

One clerk is very unfriendly and has terrible customer service. Very rude and seems like he hates his job! Will never use this gas station again!

With a few notable exceptions, the clerks there generally give terrible customer service and are very weird people. Most of the time it's well worth walking or driving a little further to not spend my money in an awkward / unpleasant environment.

The guy behind the counter on 2/26/22 needs to be respectful, professional and mannered rather than assume my wife is buying alcohol, as well as hit on customers asking if the beverages purchased were to split between them in the back of the store hinting as a sexual gesture.
