This is for the owner, please do something. I am about to lose $40, it is not about the money it is about honesty . So I was there on apr-4th at 1:48:27 PM, pump #3 black ford , it was my first time and pump numbers are very confusing, I went inside to pay for $40 gas, it was two cashiers male in his 30s and a female on her 40s,
After I tried to pump my gas it did not work, I went back inside I told the gentleman that I could not pump gas and he automatically realized that I was on the wrong pomp, so he mentioned that he is going to cancel the transaction and he will charge me again for another transaction, I worked at the gas station and I know that he could switch it over, but if that is the case it is fine, so I told him to do that and he said "No we can not do that", I also asked him for a cancel receipt and he said “we do not have a cancel receipt for a canceled transaction”. I ended up paying again and got my receipt. I left and I said to myself I hope this is not a SCAM but unfortunately It was. I checked my account the same day I saw two transactions and I said I will give it a couple days probably it will disappear but not. I really do not want to call my bank because it is not their fault.
Do I like to give these kind of review to people the answer is NO I do not, but I have to cause this is not fair.

Got gas and went in store to grab some snacks. Greeted by Diane who was willing to assist me, she also recommended for my to download the app before I check out, and glad I did because she let me know I can earn free drinks and cookies! Never felt this good at a gas station before! Thanks for the help Diane!

Just went there and ampm worker is sitting outside and tells us it's closed and it's says it's open 24 hours and the gas pumps were shut down

I'm not from Vacaville and stopped to buy my boyfriend a tall can of Modelo and a bottle of water. An Asian lady that helped was nice however I had to run back in to get him a sprite. When I went back it was another woman cashier that was extremely rude and offensive toward me.She rung up the bottle and it came to 2.69. I said it says 1.99 where I grabbed it from.She then asked where and is the Asian lady proceeds to follows me and I showed her where is said 1.99. there were two rows of sprites. one said 2.69 and one 1.99. she said oh that's corporates fault we don't sell sprite for 1.99. I said well it's your Mistake and not mine..you have to honor the price. The rude cashier woman proceeds to ask me if I want it or not and I said yes for 1.99 and she grabs it and says no! you can go to dollar tree if you want it for $!! I laughed and walked out and said thanks I'll do that! She proceed to follow me out of the store and yells to me you "should be drinking water instead!" who does that? I laughed because I literally just bottle a bottle of water and tall can of beer idiot! its not even about how much the bottle was but how rude and unprofessional she was. zero customer service skills...you need to replace he/she with someone that has customer service skills.

I am a handicapped Grandmother, traveling alone, stopped to get gas at midnight on 5/18/22. The gas station that is “always open” was closed for at least 20 minutes, that I know of, due to shift change. Are you kidding me? Employees weren’t even at the register, they walked to the back. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I left. I hope the owner sees this. Lots of people were here, lots of business lost.

Always an easy off and on for HWY 50. Rarely do I have to wait for a pump. Staff inside the market are friendly.

Nicely located convenient stop when traveling on I80 or 505 thru vacaville. Well stocked, decent cigarette prices, take coupons, price break when buying 2 packs, friendly helpful cashier.

Bugs came out in 3 of the 4 drinks we poured, the older white lady was very rude about it when we tried to tell her. She told us we still had to pay for the drinks even though they had bugs in them or she was going to call the cops. She even told us that she knew the soda machine had bugs in it and she didn't feel like cleaning it. Pretty sure we all got coronavirus here, they couldn't even keep the soda machine clean so can't imagine they've cleaned much else.

WORST ATTITUDE GOES TO THE SENIOR RELIC WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER THIS MORNING at THE ARCO AM PM. I just asked if they had anymore tornados, her response was so rude I left all my stuff I was going to buy on the counter. If you hate your job BETSY Ross stay home, i didnt drive cross country to be treated badly. Please dont go to this station if you are expecting common courtesy and at the very least decent service.
