While they always seem to have the ice cream I want. Their hours are NEVER consistent. And when I called from the parking lot just minutes ago, to ask when they would be open again, as the door is locked, and instead of answering the phone, I WATCHED the employee come from the back room, DECLINE the call, then look around outside to see if anyone was calling. He then stared at me for a minute and walked away. Never once even answering so I could ask. I am SO CLOSE to NEVER coming back here ever again. ONLY getting 2 stars for having my stuff in stock, otherwise not. Idk how they stay in business, I truly don't.

TERRIBLE and RUDE workers. They stole $20 from me after I repeatedly told them the pump didn’t work and I didn’t receive gas to get home. He said to me “I don’t know how to talk properly” while storming off and refusing a refund, only saying we could receive one if we called the manager, the NEXT day when he comes in. Don’t shop here.

I've bought 5 cases of monsters from this store and they've honored their prices of 3 for $5.75 and yet today they say the case of 24 is suddenly $80 and they can't do the price they advertised. If they don't want my business that's fine I will take it elsewhere. I guess I will stop supporting local and go online.

This guy was a douche. I was walking my dog to the gas station and since I needed a couple of stuff. My dog is a service dog, the clerk yelled at me and kicked me out with my service dog, also last month the same guy wanted to see my mustang when I stopped by to get some mints I said yes you can look at it, he invited himself into my car and started revving it and banging the rev limiter. If no one contacts me I will come for a law suit. Unprofessional and disrespectful worker. The guy a little heavy set about 6'2 and he's always on the phone y'all won't miss it!

This morning my brother went to put gas in his car. When one of the employees simply asked if he needed help with pumping gas, he said yes. So then he goes inside to the bathroom, comes back out and there is gas EVERYWHERE. The worker who asked to help left, which caused gas to be all over the car and wasted more than half the gas and money. He went inside to simply ask for a refund or to be giving anything in return and the lady inside was just damn rude. Better yet, GAS IS EXPENSIVE nowadays. Horrible customer service. If you have workers there asking you if you need help, STAY THERE UNTIL EVERYTHING IS DONE. Do your damn job!!!!

This arco is very judgemental. Sarcastic remarks and even if your a regular, members of staff gives unappreciated remarks and voice of tone. Very unproffesional staff and unsatisfying customer service.

This place is ridiculously overpriced, clerks always seem grumpy, been in here a couple times and they are not friendly. I'm sure if they could charge gas prices higher they would. The few times I've gone, there was a man asking for money outside. Made me feel uncomfortable, did not expect this from Vacaville.
