I love this place they always do a good job. Just today after my truck was done I went to ask a worker if it was ready and he said yes it is. I went to grab the keys and then other workers started questioning me saying “did you pay” multiple times. And then the lady from inside that takes care of the transactions came out and asked me the same thing. And I said yes. Obviously I payed. I guess they didn’t remember or something but it was just weird how multiple workers came up to me and questioned if I payed or not

Started going to Alamo Lane car wash after I bought my 4×4 truck. The truck rolled out as a clean machine! Now I take my car for a wash and also buy the car wash certificate for friends and family. Thanks T J and your dad for the great service!

The service that's provided is okay, but the cocky, arrogant attitude that the son who works there, is totally unprofessional. Perhaps he should understand to leave his personal drama at home and be professional once he enters his job. When you're providing a service, one should have a complete understanding of what customer service means. The lack of courtesy, rudeness, not greeting their customers, is unacceptable. This shows how ungrateful and unappreciative the son is.

I got the works wash, and I was absolutely blessed with happiness at the attention to detail they took with the interior/exterior of my car. My car looked amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. It doesn't get much better than that!! Great place for wrapped vehicles, 100% hand washed. Thanks again TJ!

I came here based off the reviews and everyone else's experiences. Unfortunately, mine was not as pleasant as theirs. Initially, they were rude. No hospitality' nor common courtesy. No greetings, no thank yous. Even more rude when I asked did they have a restroom. Then they did a half ass job, Im constantly asking them to go over something again to the point where I drove off and just gonna do it myself. They are hella expensive to be acting the way they act, I will not be returning. I wish I could get a refund on my time and money.

The 100% hand carwash was impeccable! They finished my car in a timely manner. I had stains in my seats and scratches on my car. They were able to get both out. They wiped down, vacuumed and shampooed my interior. They didn’t miss a spot! All the cracks and cubbies were cleaned. I 10/10 recommend and won’t be going anywhere else.Services: Full body wash
