Don't like the way I was treated$10,000 a year for insurance. To ensure my new car. Outrageous. Never go back AAA. First quote was around 4,000 a year. Gave her my debit card. Told me I couldn't get insurance for 19 days. Had a brand new car. Delivered to my house needed insurance that day couple days. Still got my debit card charged me for roadside service $89 after I left thought it was part of the quote she gave me but it was separate. Had the dispute it from my bank. Bad experience. Went to Farmers took care of me in 5 minutes.

I had a great experience at this AAA branch. A process I thought was going to take weeks to complete was completed in one short visit. The staff who helped me were all very professional and friendly. The wait time was very reasonable. The facility waiting area were an and welcoming.

I just had foot surgery recently so I am temporarily handicapped. I went to AAA yesterday and I had to use my walker to get into the office and from the minute I came up to the door. AAA staff were very helpful and courteous and compassionate to me. They helped me find a seat, help me with my needs, and also helped me back out to my car. I'm very impressed with my experience and the way they treated me. I highly recommend this AAA branch to everyone, especially those who have a disability and may need extra help. My hats off to your branch and everyone that worked in there thank you.

Timmy was very nice. I wanted to let him know the problem turned out to be the clutch switch. The driver with the tow truck was also very nice. A huge thank you to the two gentleman that helped me, on February 15th between 3 & 4 p.m.

Waited more than an hour to see an agent, after called by agent Jacqueline jenkins , she is on the phone and we are sitting infront of her, after 20 minutes on the phone, she is telling me she has to finish another customer and cannot help us today. I have been with AAA for 20 years and this was my worst experience

Staff was great. We were assisted and guided through our DMV paperwork by Erminda Liamanares. She was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. The DMV services are worth the road service cost alone. No aggrevation.

I had to make a payment and change to my account. From start to finish, customer service was excellent! Very kind and helpful staff! The employee at the check-in desk and the employee that assisted me, Minda, were super efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Pleasant experience!

Very professional and quick had the pleasure of returning again a few more times in the past year’s and still a great place to visit knowledgeable and experienced people great visit.
