Horrible service this morning I was running late for work I needed gas my bill was 60 dollars I proceeded to pay with a 100 dollar bill the guy did the pen test it showed up light yellow like it suppose to he said it was fake I offered another bill same thing because it's real . We exchanged some words he refused to give me his name and continued to run his mouth. I go to this store everyday and all the other employees are awesome friendly people but the guy with the beard this morning was way out of line and deserves to get fired

Denied me to bring my emotional support dog in the store. I have the ID card legally stating he is allowed in any area customers are allowed due to my disability and he denied me service. Total jerk and unprofessional never coming back to this dirty place

This location used to have more polite service but something has changed. My husband asked for a hot food item and the clerk was going to pull it out, but then another customer walks up and she takes care of his transaction before finishing with us. I am a former cashier myself and I was told 1 CUSTOMER AT A TIME & FINISH WHAT YOU START. Come on, 7-11, you HAVE done better!

This is a nice little 7-Eleven on the corner for you to stop and get gas or get a snack. I went in there and got an energy drink to finish out the day and just like any other store. I got what I needed.

New guys are rude, do not speak any English And just give you the evil eye. There was two younger iranian or saudi kids that used to work there, one had long hair and the other one was kind of a cool cat looking kid which were both very nice and spoke very good English and now They've been replaced by these two s*** bags. Don't send your wife in there either, they talk s*** in their language and then give your lady nasty gestures... horrible ...been going here for years but not anymore !!

Bought $14.00 in lotto tickets an medium Icee and a small bag of chips. Checked my account when I got home and was charged 26. And change. My fault for not checking. Went to store and they said they couldn't do anything.

This has to be the worse 7-Eleven in Vacaville, with poor customer service, and the worst 7-Eleven operated by a particular ethnicity it's no wonder why you guys get robbed maybe if you all actually would be nice and talk to customers and keep off personal cell phone calls and have a clean store maybe people would then respect the store. This used to be a great store for about 2 years ago but it seems the guys don't stick around they get a good crew then they shove off or more show up and others disappear or go to different locations owned by the same franchisee.

These 7 11 would be alot better if they had a restroom.They are a gas station and a store and most every other gas station has public restrooms.The employees are polite .

Literally just left the store! My sisters friend(her) handed the cashier a handful a cash (my sisters friend was nervous was hell OBVIOUSLY) the man behind the counter then counts out a total of $32 and QUICKLY hands over the rest of the change to her. My grandmother and I instantly notice him acting weird so once he rushes to put the money in the cash register I confront him about taking an extra dollar. He then lies to our faces and begins to get defensive about the dollar. He then rushes to put our purchased items in the bag and stays silent. My sisters friend decides she didn't want to make a scene over a single dollar, so I then told the cashier that this type of behavior is going to get him no where in life. And the owner of this company deserves to know, that they have cashiers who STEAL and PRAY upon customers who are vulnerable and nervous. I was ready to start recording the man after he began lying. Who knows how many people he's done that to already, and how many other people he will do that too! Now Imagine innocent children walking in there and being taken advantage of! This is not accepted around our community!
