I brought two 5 gallon containers to be filled with kerosene. The attendant, Ralph, was very rude. I went back two months later to get more kerosene, and Ralph was out of control. It was 15 minutes before closing, and Ralph had the first can 1/2 full, when he 'Demanded' I pay for the kerosene. I told him I wanted to cap the container when he was done. Ralph again demanded that I march toward the office and pay, to which I replied, I will pay after the can is full, and that I would come back later to fill the other can. Ralph then said that he was paid on salary, and that he did not get paid after 6:00 pm, yet it was still 15 minutes before 6:00 pm. Ralph informed me that he did NOT want anymore people coming through the gate, and that he wanted to go home, and again demanded that I march over to the office and pay, to which I finally responded that he was being rude and Ralph replied, "I remember you, you're an A******** I then, in a very calm voice say, "is there anywhere else I can go to get these filled?" Ralph then dumped 3 gallons of kerosene on the ground and began shouting at me, which included the words: "GET THE F*** OUT OF HERE AND DON'T EVER COME BACK!". I informed the corporate office in Ukiah, and the Manager informed me that the guys name was John. Fast forward to the next season, I was shocked to see the the man who had yelled profanities at me. I asked another employee in private what the mans name was, and that's when I learned his name was Ralph. The employee also informed me that John no longer worked there. I guess when you have been with a company for 10 years, you can shout profanities and threaten people. It seems the manager I spoke with protected Ralph. This happened when Nick Barbieri owned the company. Nick is a 3rd generation Barbieri to run the company. Pete Barbieri was very adamant when it came to customer service and treated his customers with respect and dignity. This is directly off of the Barbieri website: He (Pete Barbieri) instilled in us the importance and value of excellent customer service, as well as admiration for your customers, as well as employees. Service is what sets our company apart from other marketers. We believe in instilling these same values within our company. The ethical way we continue to do business has provided us great success, and will continue to do so for generations to come. As far as Nick is concerned, he could care less about what Ralph did to me. So much for Pete Barbieri's values. The hell with Nick Barbieri. Nick sold to Reledyne in August of 2020. Ralph got to keep his job, which is unfathomable. I will never go back there, even though it is owned by another company.

Just another great gas station to fill up your car and go from point A down to point C because you forgot to stop at point B.

Twice they have not shown up to deliver kerosene, This after more than a week of phone calls. They will happily take all your credit card info though. Probably waiting for a day with highest fuel costs to do you the favor.

No joke, these people are a lifesaver! We had run out of propane, and had sent our application for new client a little too late, and it was a long holiday weekend. Even though at first they told me they probably won't be able to fill the tank, the answering service ladies tried their hardest to get ahold of the owner and the on call guy and made sure my baby girl how to warm house and utilities in freezing weather. They are amazing people! I'm glad I'm their new client.

Had a leak on my propane tank on my car and Larry helped me get it all squared away and fixed. They were all very helpful and kind. He fixed my issue and got me back on the road. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
