The manager...Tamara is awful, rude and uninviting. Spaces are cramped and you can't visit anyone for more than 5 minutes without her demanding you register for an ungodly amount of money. My friends said they'll never stay there again.. FYI news travels quickly in Lake County beware manager.

Pine Acres is hands down the best resort on Blue Lakes! We have been to all 4 resorts on blue lakes and now we will only come here. Tamara and her husband are awesome. They keep the place clean and orderly but are not over bearing at all. It's always a great time and experience for the whole family!!

We had a great time camping here. The space we got had a great view of blue lakes. Waking up in the morning it is so peaceful with only the sounds of birds. I was very impressed with the welcome we received from Tamara what a novice lady!! They have a little market if you need condiments, candy, dairy products, and they even have meat. I highly recommend this place. If you have any guests coming to visit for the day keep in mind there is an $18 per person day fee ;). I’m not rating the rooms as I wasn’t in any of them but they looked cozy on the outside. I can say a few campers we spoke to had family members staying in them and were very happy with the accommodations and ease when having babies and young children.Safety: Clean and zero clutter on propertyNoteworthy details: Clean and well kept property. Some full hookups for RV’s more water and electricity hook ups for RV’s. The gazebo was nice to have dinner in.

I went there recently for my first trip to California and the location was beautiful. The lake was nice and fresh during the hot afternoons and you can see so many stars at night on the dock. I saw a couple shooting stars for the first time and actually cried. ? However, one thing I didn't like was how crowded it was. It seems like they try to stuff as many people as they can into the property when there really isn't that much space. It would've been an even better experience if there wasn't as many people there. The parking spaces should be further apart from one another, imo but other than that, it was a nice experience.

Pulled in on my way by to see if I might want to come back in my rv, the lake is so pretty. Nope. Rude lady at entrance was not only no help but quite dismissive. Don't bother

Well we thought we had a place closest to the lake until 4 trailer RV's squeezed in and stacked up right against our place. Thankfully the neighbors were all great people, but the owners of this place really are over packing the place. It's strange to have people sitting 2ft outside your door until pretty late. Not sure if I would go back to the cottages, but perhaps an RV trailer as they get the most privacy.

We had a family reunion here this last weekend and what a fabulous spot for a reunion. The were apartments for our elders, plenty of RV spaces and campsites for those with no RV. They even had day use for the people who stayed close by with a wonderful club house with a new deck …and of course Blue Lake. What a beautiful little lake. It was the perfect accommodations for our reunion of 214 people, and we definitely hope to be back in a few years. The people who run the resort are super nice and very accommodating. Very personable. It was an all around good time and great place to be

The hidden gem of Blue Lakes. I have been vacationing at that lake for 44 years. Pine Acers is the only resort left on that lake that is about FAMILY!!!! Tamera and Norm make you treat you like family and make every stay memorable! They go above and beyond and take so much pride in running that campground, so it is always a wonderful vacation for all! It is truly an amazing CAMPING experience. Yes, you have phone reception and WIFI.... but it is not a "posh resort" it is a put your phone away and chat with the other amazing campers that come back year after year! We have introduced several friends to Pine Acers.... they now come back on their own and love it as much as we do. We always feel safe there and know our children are safe. it is about being treated like family! If you show up and want to be disrespectful, you will be asked to leave and not return! So if you are looking for a fun family resort with lots of great people, guaranteed, laughs, good times and to make new friends, that you will see year after year. Well then look no further....
