Provided quality work in a timely fashion. Marco took care of us with great customer care. West Works kept us in the loop with status reports and there were no delays. Work was completed ahead of schedule.

My insurance recommended me to this shop. They did an amazing job!! My car looked like it was brand new again! This car was first taken to caliber collision when it was first purchased for a paint defect by Toyota and they did a horrible job and didn't match the paint at all. West Works Auto Body was fast and takes pride in their workmanship. I have never seen such a clean job! They matched the paint perfectly!!! I can't forget to mention Andrea has the best customer service skills she is very helpful and friendly! I wouldn't recommend another body shop!

West Works repaired my vehicle after a collision. They provided professional, friendly service and completed the repair in a timely manner. They communicated effectively and came in very early with the repair. I highly recommend West Works, as they offer comprehensive vehicle repair and get the job done right and on time.

I found West Works based entirely on location and stopped by unannounced to see how much it would cost to fix the side rail and underside of my front bumper (after accidentally going over a curb in my new Mazda). The man who works there was extremely welcoming, down-to-earth and honest. He said that it would be expensive to get new parts (Mazda prices) but he could reattach the existing parts and do his best to fix the crack in the front. When I returned to pick it up, he didn't charge me a thing. Of course, I'm not suggesting that this happens regularly, but I could tell that he was an honest person who didn't want to charge for a minor repair. When I thanked him and told him that he would have my business in the future, he said, "let's hope not I don't want you to do this again and have to return to the auto body shop." Such a nice man. He did great work on my car, and is a kind, trustworthy mechanic. Definitely go here Yelpers!

They are great, do amazing work, and update you on every step of the process. Nick is fantastic. I highly recommend them. Although I hope I won't get into another car accident, however, if I do, I'll definitely go back :)

West works turned a very horrible situation into a positive experience. When all the other auto body shops gave a 2 weeks + wait time just to provide an estimate, Nick said, "bring it in" same day! It only got better from there. Quality work! Fast service! I could not be happier that I ended up at West Works! My Cadillac looks great! It looks like it never happened. Was treated more than exceptional at this business. My car was done and ready for pick up almost a week before had originally been estimated which was very reasonable to begin with.
