My husband called West Coast Auto. He assured my husband that he could put a rebuilt motor in our 2010 GMC Terrain for $2,000. He called and said that there was more work that needed to be don on the motor than he thought. It was now gonna be $7,000 long story short we paid the $7,000. We picked our car up on 08/03/2023. That same day we brought the car home, the car was doing the exact same thing! He sent his tow truck to pick it up. We picked it up again and the car is still not working. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WEST COAST AUTO! They lure you in by telling you a low price,then he charges you thousands of dollars ($7,000)

I took my GMC Yukon here, they were able to rebuild my engine. They did a great job on my car it runs and drives great I'm very happy with the work they did and the price I was quoted.

one of the worst experiences i've ever had i will not being going back here or recommending any one to deal with them i was over charged just to get advice on what was wrong with me vehicle even though i did not get the repair the owner had no clue of what he was charging or what services he was offering very inconsistent with what was agreed on very dishonest and scammed me for as much money as he could get he only takes cash which is very strange in 2023 and i am also convinced that he posts fake yelp reviews to make himself look good worst experience ever 0/10 will never come here again.

Was a little skeptical because of past reviews about this place . I took my 1999 dealer mantained mercadies here for battery repair and a tune . My experience with other places was gasty and they couldnt get any of it done in a timely fashion or fair price . not to mention my Mercedes has sencors going haywire and nobody could figure out what needed to be fixed. The owner was very knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong in less that 30 minuets! Not only that he solved all my cars issues in less than the issued time frame! Would highly recommend this guy !Services: Auto battery replacement

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM - They gave me a quote for an engine rebuild then the next day they quoted me triple the price. I used their supposed free towing then charged me $125 once I decided not to do the work. These guys are unethical and not trustworthy. DO NOT take your vehicle here. You will regret it. End must have hired or paid people to give testimony because the last few testimonies with five stars cannot be correct, my experience with the Enad and West Auto repair and engine rebuilding is quite the opposite he rebuilt the motor in my 1963 Cadillac and didn't put all the parts in the new motor and I took it back and he kept my car, and still it wasn't right. massive amounts of oil was leaking out of the engine I took it to another rebuilding shop finally and the diagnosis were that the engine was not rebuilt correctly and parts were missing out of it which is the reason why it was leaking oil. Also I was was quoted price of $3,800 and at the end he kept jacking up the prices on the car engine till it was over $8,000. His ad plainly states all major credit cards but yet when I went to pay according to him all his credit card machines were broken and I had to pay cash so I had to go and get the cash. I drove to the shop with a full tank of gas but yet when I went to pick up my car I went down the street and it ran out of gas also I had evidence that the car had been driven quite a bit as the odometer reading was way past the point of when I dropped it off at the shop. I called better Business bureau and a representative went to his shop several times End was told to refund my money which Enad would not. I took Enad to court and won, and Enad refused to pay I then took him to court several times thereafter and he still refused to pay. Three bench warrants were also issued and served on Enad and again he did not even appear to court all his assets are hidden if you want to get cheated and scammed this is the place to go!

Let me start by saying the quality of work they do here surpassed my expectations! Really good professional mechanics working on my 1980 jeep cj7 total overhaul of my engine. The owner is the man really professional and puts his clients first! He answered all my questions in a wonderful manner and gave me all the input that I need to help restore my jeep! If your looking to drop in another motor or if you have mechanical work give west coast a call! They will deliver, I definitely recommend.

I have a 2008 Chevy Malibu that needed to have an engine rebuilt. I decided to go to West Coast Auto because of good word of mouth. When I showed up the owner Enad took good care of me and took me exactly through everything they were planning on doing. He also took me step by step through the entire inspection process and showed me everything wrong with my car. He gave a me a reasonably quote and gave a timeline of when everything would be finished. After I left my car at West Coast they gave me constant updates with phone calls and photos of what was going on with my car and updating me on when it would finished. About a month later I was able to go pick up my car and it ran like it was brand new and it comes with a warranty!! I would like to thank Enad and the whole team at West Coast Auto for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. I am definitely going back in the future if any of my vehicles need any serious engine work!

Took in my 2017 ford expedition to get serviced for an engine rebuild and came across West coast auto repair and gave them a try. They checked it out for me and gave me a call three hours later and told me I didn't need an engine rebuild but actually had low compression in one of the valves. I ended up with just a valve job. Such great honest people who saved me a lot of money. I recommend this business to anyone who needs work on their cars done.

Dont recommend this so called shop he had my truck to rebuild my engine he said in less than one week he had it for 6 months and didnt get it running right i towed it back to my house ,he will just take your money ,im not the only one there are more people he stole their money too ,0 stars whatch
