The best branch I've gone to by far, always accommodating and willing to help you. Have come in without an appointment for things and it is never a problem. The staff is always beyond helpful and friendly. Would reccomend this branch

Parking is horrible. Employees have no urgency. Visiting a Wells Fargo is now reminiscent of going to the DMV. What happened to the days when hustling was a priority. Waiting in line is like waiting in line at a JC Penney. And this branch is considered a "Premier" branch? can't wait til credit unions start to take on business accounts. So ready to move on from the big bank strangle hold.

The cashier named Brittany gave to my wife a real bad service. My wife went to deposit in her account, inside the bank, and this employee was talking with another cashier about personal things, attending my wife at the same time. She wanted ask the cashier about her account, but Brittany didn't stop taking with the other person, and she was very rude with the service. It looks like Brittany didn't want to be bothered by a client, because she was busy taking with another associate.

I have some quarters and dimes to exchange for my Mom before our Saturday SGV food run today LOL. Swung on by this Wells Fargo off of Campus Ave. in Upland to get the task done. It's a good size branch. Clean and organized. Air conditioning was very good... nice and cool. They had 3 tellers working which was great. Line wasn't too long and it was moving right along. The lady teller I got was very friendly and helpful. The transaction went very smooth. Thank you Wells Fargo for keeping this Campus branch open on Saturdays unlike your other branches that are closed. Hope you'll reopen your Claremont branch on Saturdays again soon. Happy Banking!

So my wife and her sister are on her mom's saving account with Wells Fargo. Her mom has a checking account with Chase. Mom asked to have the Wells account closed and the funds deposited into Chase. So we go to a Wells Fargo bank in Chino Hills and they asked for my wife's phone and said someone would call to make an appointment. WTF? So we go to another branch in Chino Hills and there was no problem. Looked up the account, saw that my wife was on the account, asked for last 4 of ss number and then gave her a cashiers check for the balance that was in the account. The teller told my wife to call the 800 number the next day to have them actually close the acct. Tried doing that and right off the bat asked for last 4 off ss. They she proceeded to tell my with that there was still 16 cents in the account. How could there be a balance on an acct with nothing in it within 2 days? Anyway, then she asked my wife 10 questions which I assume my wife didn't answer correctly. Said we would have to go to a branch. My wife told the person to give the 16 cents to the state or keep it. Wells is the most screwed up bank there is. Would never have an acct with them.

Horrible experience. I needed to change my last name after getting married. I have tried 4 times in person to change it now but was told they didn't have anyone available to help me. If they can't accommodate this simple request in person then make it so it can be don't online or over the phone. This is ridiculous my name no longer matches my checks and debit card. IT DOESN'T HELP THAT THE BANK STAFF IS RUDE ABOUT IT. I work at a hospital and we are short staffed as well due to covid and I'm not rude to people ! It's crazy that I was able to change my last name at Arrowhead bank with no problem on the first attempt.

Why is the bank closed at 12 on Saturday this Covid stuff has to stop what does closing early do to prevent Covid? I could see if they used the 5 hours they took from customers to clean that would make more since.

Excellent place to exchange my small bills for $2 bills. Brittany, whom is smaller than everybody else, is the best! I call her Tiny. Since she's smaller than everybody else. In the words of Tracey Thorn, I miss her like the deserts miss the rain. Please have her email me. Thanks a trillion.
