MORNING MANAGER (Lady) DIDN'T WANTED TO REFUND ME A FEE THEY UNFAIR CHARGED ME
$5 FOR A MONEY ORDER !!!!! Wells Fargo wasn't never worth it considering Bank uses people money

This location, according to one of the employees, doesn't have enough machinery to properly keep lines down and waits at a reasonable time. If you want cash, expect to have to wait. Despite having 6+ employees there when I tend to come in, only 2-3 seem to be able to deposit your checks and/or cash them. Supposedly you also need to make an appointment for anything regarding account openings, so a majority of the employees just seem to sit around on their phone or computer, I guess waiting for appointments to come in? Who knows.While waiting in the line today, one employee came out, asked if anyone needed no cash and just a straight deposit. When no one needed this help, he went behind the registers and sat on his phone. Three other employees seemed to just be chatting or on their phones. Two tellers working, at least 10 people in line.Another employee comes to the line, once again asks if anyone needs a straight deposit, no cash. He then goes on to tell us, condescendingly that the employees have been "preaching" for four years about mobile deposit, and while they have enough staff, they don't have the required machinery to be able to cash at more than 3 registers (they have at least 6 registers.) Clearly a corporate issue and not their fault, but his passive aggressive tone was definitely noted.Also, side note: mobile deposit holds your cash for 24 hours. Everyone in line was waiting for cash, so this information wasn't useful to any of us.This is a busy location, so why can only 2-3 people assist a majority of their customers? I made the comment that if it's a corporate issue that they don't have the proper machinery, that they're the ones who need to be complained to and I understand that is out of the specific location's control. However the employee's manner of being irritable and passive aggressive toward us, when the customers in line are irritated that only 2 employees in the entire building seemed to be working to assist customers, doesn't necessarily seem fair to us either.So, hopefully, corporate will actually give this location the equipment they need to assist the volume of visitors this location receives. I'm sure both the employees and customers would be a lot happier if they did.

I would give zero star if there is an option for the service that they gave us today. I've a premium bank account (PMA) with Wells Fargo for more than 10 years. And, today I scheduled to open a new saving account. I didn't select any specific bankers. And, Antony (at first, he said he was not comfortable to provide his name because he knew what he did bad to us) was a banker to service us. He was rude, and seems to be racist to us. He provided the service with bad attitude. So, we talked to his manager name Roxanne Reed. She was supporting him, and also rude, and not willing to help us. So, we decided to go another bank. Please be aware!!!Note: I've been in this location for many times for more than 10 years, and other bankers were good to us.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is always super packed, there’s ALWAYS a line and it takes over 30 minutes to get any help. This place has so many employees and you can see them do absolutely nothing. The lines never die down. The employees at the teller are incredibly lazy and slow. It’s just such an inefficient branch. Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been too…I’ve held off on leaving a bad review but this place is just consistently bad. Every time I come here I leave in a terrible mood. :(

Is this an online bank, or a customer service bank? When I arrive at the branch and meet someone at the door telling me that they need to close because there are no tellers to conduct transactions, I'm looking to transfer funds to another bank that is solvent. Doesn't look good for Wells Fargo.

This is the worst branch I've been to. My card was lost.I came in and the teller just kept trying to explain to me how the app and digital wallet works without listening to me say,I have the app and have the digital wallet.When I asked what you're supposed to do if someone doesn't have the tap feature where you're trying to purchase. And she just shrugged her shoulders.There's nothing they can do when something happens to your card...." If I repoet the card for you, it'll take 7 days to get a new one. If you call customer service, it takes 2."

I was in today trying to resolve an issue with my card. I was basically told to call the customer service number. I told the young man there that this didn't resolve my immediate need and he basically told me there was nothing he could do. This was unacceptable. Getting me access to my account and allowing me to take cash out would have been a solution but he was more concerned with talking to me like I was a child. Honestly, I feel like people are more concerned with being "right" than being helpful. Too busy listening to the sound of their own voice rather than listening to the problem and finding a solution. Worse customer service ever, too arrogant to be of any help.

The absolute worst branch, they are always understaffed and can never do anything besides basic deposits and withdrawals. They always say you need an appointment and don't have anything available for days. Would reccomend saving yourself time and going to a different branch.
