Went to do business during business hours. They closed the doors due to the lack of tellers. Where was management?

Is this an online bank, or a customer service bank? When I arrive at the branch and meet someone at the door telling me that they need to close because there are no tellers to conduct transactions, I'm looking to transfer funds to another bank that is solvent. Doesn't look good for Wells Fargo.
