I want to start with the pros: teachers are loving, caring, and really get to know your child. Small class sizes. Chapel time as a group. Lunches and snacks provided.Cons: Close early (5:30pm), all the activities are in the morning and when I would pick up my child in the evening they would regularly have the television on. Several days off during the year, closing early during the week for events, need to arrive by 8:00am and no later than 8:45am. The manager told me I needed to be on time and drop off my child at 8:00am. When I told her that I have other children I need to drop off that are closer to drop off first, (I am a single mother) she unsolicitedly told me I should revise my schedule and made a comment that other parents don’t have that issue and that I should change my routine and drop my child off as early as 6:30am.Management: I had an issue with management that was never resolved, in fact I was ignored by the daycare manager. The daycare switched to an online payment system, and due to that change the business told us that we needed to pay two months of tuition in one month. When I asked about this, the manager told me that the extra payment would be credited in May- right before they break for summer. I paid this as told, even though it put a financial strain on me. I decided to withdraw my child from the daycare to another daycare that fit my needs better as far as location and hours of operation. I told the manager I would be withdrawing my child and she told me there was a 30 day withdraw notice, and that I would be required to pay for another months tuition, and that possibly some of that could be reimbursed. When I asked about the double payment made just months prior and the subsequent credit that was promised, the manager ignored this and said that it wasn’t a credit and that I still needed to pay for another months tuition. The business tried to charge my account through my bank account for another month tuition and demanded I pay them. The manager was quite short with me and actually wrote an email to me that completely ignored the tuition credit on my account. This particular location and manager does a very poor job in my opinion in the representation of the church they are affiliated with, and really made me not ever want to go to this church if this is the way they conduct themselves. In my opinion and experience it seemed to be all about the money.

If I could give this place 10000 stars I would. We came from another preschool that we had a bad experience at so I was guarded when I came here but let me tell you, I wish I would have made the switch sooner. Both my kids went here and they both loved it. They have the best teachers and the most caring staff. They help potty train (which gave my daughter the extra push she needed) and are so encouraging! They have snacks and lunch and nap time! All things super great. They connect with the kids so well that by the time the kids graduate preschool, the teachers are all crying. I'm not one to give yelp reviews but this school deserves one.
