For example, one location on Foothill Blvd and Benson Ave in Upland had only self-checkout, with staff standing around and not offering much help, leading to dissatisfaction. In contrast, friendly and knowledgeable staff at certain departments, like the beauty counter, provide quick and helpful service, making the shopping experience better. Some stores have limited staff in certain departments, making it harder to find items behind glass or in cages. Despite these issues, most Walmart stores are considered good places to shop, where customers can find everything they need and sometimes discover items they didn't know they needed.
Showed up 5 min before closing, looking for a refrigerator/freezer thermometer. I asked an employee where to find it, and the kind gentleman, looked it up for me graciously. Typical walmart...rude employees. Stocking carts blocking aisles during mid-day shopping, bathrooms were NASTY!

Few items. They carry Hard candy lip oil! So, I was able to check out there. Clerk was awesome. Friendly & knowledgeable. It's may become my *go-to" store now, because of her❣️
