Woman who was working there in the health section was really nice and accommodating. However the other male (very sassy) who was working was specifically really rude. Absolutely will not be coming back here again. Went there multiple times on multiple occasions and experienced the same attitude from him. I hear him making small talk with other customers then when I ask him a question he redirects me and never offers to help and is short with a rude tone.

I forgot to leave a review about a month ago for Anthony and Adrian. I needed help in the photo Center and it kind of was a lot that I had to do . They were very helpful, considerate and resourceful. Sometimes you kind of get left by the wayside when stores don’t have enough coverage, but they made sure I had what I needed, and I’m very grateful . Barbara

Worst pharmacy. Go elsewhere
Grandma's been a client for years and they refused to give me her meds because her ID was recently expired. Will be switching pharmacies.

Absolutely awful pharmacy. Queued for an hour in my car from 8pm to urgent meds for my ill wife. Finally literally get to front of line after over an hour wait and they put up the sign "no pharcaist on duty". There was a mirror so they knew I had been there for an age. I wave at them for attention and tell them my wife has to have the meds tonight. First they say they are closed. then I say I need the meds.. They say they will get the manager and then leave and turn off the lights. I wait for 15 more minutes before I figure out they were shining me on and no manager is coming!. luckily I drove 20 mins to the 24 hour at Central where they were able to cancel the order and get it done... So lucky because my wife needed the meds and was nervous when i called and said I was having problems. An absolute nightmare experience! I would give zero stars if I could.

Management should look into hiring new people to work in the pharmacy. I am always greeted with a terrible attitude everytime I come here. They are very rude in person and over the phone. No manners at all!

After I brought my Mom to Urgent Care in Upland, we went to this Walgreens Pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions. When we walked up to the pharmacy counter, the gentleman checked if the prescription has been received. He verified yes. At the time, I thought both prescriptions were received. Unfortunately, when the prescription was ready, we found out it was only for one of the two prescriptions. There should have been two of them. The gentleman re-verified that the 2nd prescription was received later. Hence, we had to wait for the 2nd prescription to be filled. I ended up driving my Mom to where she needed to be and I drove back to this Walgreens to pick up the other half. This was a lesson learned for me. I should have confirmed if there were two prescriptions received from the get go and not assume. Anyway, staff was nice and pleasant. Actually the wait time wasn't too bad, but for my Mom, it's forever. My Mom says we're not coming back here next time due to the mishap. We'll see...

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They never have stuff ready when they say they will. If you call them to check in status, you’ll be on hold at least 30 minutes. I’ve been on hold with them for one hour. I hit the end of my rope today when I came to get prescriptions that were supposed to be yesterday and was told that it would take another 10-15 minutes. When I came back 30 minutes later they still weren’t done. I’m switching my prescriptions over to CVS.

Understaffed pharmacy results in poor service. Had a flu shot appointment at 1. It is now 1:30 and no one is waiting on me. This location has some real staffing issues as service is always slow. Quite frustrating. This is where insurance sends us so no alternative.
