Understaffed pharmacy results in poor service. Had a flu shot appointment at 1. It is now 1:30 and no one is waiting on me. This location has some real staffing issues as service is always slow. Quite frustrating. This is where insurance sends us so no alternative.

Monday, August 28 2023....10pm. The Asian female pharmacist is very rude. She has no people skills much less customer service skills. I always run into this lady bcuz I always go at night and that's when she's there. My mom goes to this Walgreens too and has the same negative experience with this specific pharmacist. She puts my prescription bag through the window slot and just walks away after giving me a snobby attitude. I always get an attitude from her.

This place is basically committing fraud. They accept orders for scripts they can't fill in a reasonable time, have like one person working there and get paid lots of money to do it. They treat their business and customers like it's a McDonald's. I just had my appendix taken out and needed my antibiotics and it took them 12 hours to fill a script. Go somewhere else cause you might just die waiting for your medication.

Horrible service!!! Waited 20 minutes to turn in a prescription script while all the people behind the counter joked off and had personal conversations!!! Going to CVS from now on! Literally wasted my time and have no care or consideration for their customers! Also waited in the car drop of line 10 minutes before going inside and the same car was still at the window after I waited inside!

I came here because they are open 24 hours. Went in person to drop off a prescription in the evening after an urgent care visit. They said it would take several hours. Pharmacist took my insurance information and said they would text me when it was ready. Next morning I call to check on my prescription status and they tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Why didn’t the pharmacist tell me this when I first gave him my insurance?? Makes no sense! Super annoyed that that wasted my time!

This is the worst place you can go to Get your prescription filled, you will be waiting for hours even if you child is there sick with you , no respect they don't bother to have any consideration to help you out. please do yourself a favor and don't go to this place to refill your prescription.

Very slow. They are like... really slow. Bring your coffee and desert... because, you'll have to sit and wait for a good 30min to pickup your medication

RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! There was a long line as others have mentioned it's short staffed and unorganized. They lose prescriptions and claim they weren't sent in. Ummm how is an electronic request not "in yet" after a couple hours?? lol I gave my personal info to the 1st person said nothing received then after pressing a bit more she changed her response to it's still processing we had over 30 others come in at the same time so I'm like ok which one is it? This Rocio lady in the picture took over and after about 10 mts of "looking" asked me for my information again. I politely stated I had already given the info to the prior girl as I simply wasn't sure if she was aware of that she rudely responded yes but I'm a different person and I'm gonna need your information again in a very matter of fact tone, I was like no ma'm tone it down a notch this is completely unnecessary and she kept yelling so I took this picture she called security on me LOL I waived bye and said you do know you have a PUBLIC page for your services Earlier there was another man yelling at her bc they kept putting him on hold and hanging up on him. An elderly was so tired of waiting she had to constantly sit down and get back in line I felt so bad for her but they don't care about people here seems they get yelled at all the time, no wonder they have short tempers but that's not an acceptable treatment to those of us that wait patiently and have legitimate questions. Hey ROCIO my next call will be to corporate!! start treating patients with respect specially the elderly and you won't have anyone complaining about your poor services.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. Dropped off a prescription at 2pm, I was told to pick up in an hour. I came back 2 hours later and they tell me it’ll be an hour more so I decide to drive back home. I come home to later get a call from them telling me that the prescription is out of stock. Why make me wait for 4 hours to later tell me it’s out of stock? This constantly happens at this pharmacy. I do not recommend this location.

They are short staff. Always there is a long wait to pick or drop a prescription. And god forbid if you want to reach someone on the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes and then they hang up on me. Worse place. I am going back to Walmart pharmacy!!

I’m a Nurse Practitioner and waited for 25 minutes to take to talk to a Pharmacist and got hung up on TWICE. Finally called and spoke to a manager and he transferred me and still no resolution. Could not phone in a prescription for my patient. Told my patient to find a different pharmacy. This is by far the worse service.

This Walgreens has the worst service ever. The pharmacy has very incompetent and rude employees. The wait time is always exorbitant and they are never apologetic about it. Corporate should get involved...period.

Walgreens has been a lifesaver when time came for my friend to get a booster shot! More specifically, if you have completed the 2-shot series from Pfizer, you would ideally want your 3rd injection to be from the same manufacturer as well. (In fact, with the mix-and-match approach, now recommended by the medical field authoritative figures, I still personally think the Pfizer brand provides the best set of benefits.) In any case, my friend is convinced to keep all his vaccines intake the same from start to finish, and it's been difficult to find any appointment with Pfizer vaccine at CVS/Target pharmacy. They only carry Moderna! You would think the largest retail pharmacy giant would carry the most "popular" option, so to speak, but oh well. Sometimes what seems to be the most obvious turns out not to be true. Walgreens, however, has plenty of appointments available, and many of them is next-day even! (The online booking system is also very easy to use.) I wasn't able to book a time slot at the most nearest branch; instead, I only found something at a moderate driving distance. Do note, there IS plenty of other selections wide available if you're willing to travel a bit. So Upland, here we go. Overall, I am so glad I did not limit myself to just a CVS search. Walgreens made this overall process so much easier! On the actual day of vaccination, however, it was less convenient than imagined. It doesn't matter if you check in on time, or even early as they recommend. It's going to take at least one hour for you to complete the entire visit, from walking in, checking in, filling out the questionnaire waiting, waiting, and waiting some more, and finally getting the shot. Since we chose to get this done on a weekend (Saturday), it wasn't completely unexpected to have to endure some wait. Pharmacies can possibly run a bit hectic on the weekend when everyone's off work, and everyone needs their meds! Now! (But usually, that isn't the case, I thought.) Compared to when I took my parents to get their booster shots on a Friday morning, this line was noticeably longer. We physically stood in line for at least 20-30 minutes... or more. There were other customers who were visibly and audibly flustered as well--but good to note, everyone remained courteous and understanding to each other. I wonder... Could it also be a staffing problem? I do not work at Walgreens, so I don't know. But retail sometimes tends to schedule less staff on the weekend; again, I am no expert at this. What I do know for sure is, whatever that can improve this delay or undesirable wait will be greatly appreciated by future patrons. I felt like I was stuck there foreverrrrr. Got a bit bored towards the end, in fact. Thank goodness for smart phones and their myriad apps. The shot itself took no time at all. The pharmacist who administered the vaccine was professional. It was the staff's other duties, such as filling prescriptions, answering phone calls, that would deter you from instant, or even, reasonably prompt, service. If you have booked the time slot of 3 pm, don't expect to walk in and leave within matters of 15 or 20 minutes. Best to block out the entire hour (say, 3 to 4 pm), and not schedule anything important or urgent before or after. This Walgreens also sells other merchandise like toys and candies. But they seem overpriced. I prefer shopping for these items at Target instead, with my Target Red Card, Circle Offers, etc. I have decided to rate this store 3 stars for being adequate. Hey, it got the job done, didn't it? Alas, the wait was way too long to warrant any more stars. But thank you, Walgreens, nonetheless. You were most helpful in a time of need.

I don't write reviews ever, but.... Every time I've come in here to get my auto fill prescription I'm pretty sure, regardless of the length of the line, I've waited at least 1-2 hours solely because they don't manage their time well. Came in another time for a flu shot and waited 45 mins, watching people who checked in after me get theirs before me. Left and drove to CVS down the street and spend all of 5 mins in there for the same service... wtf. This Walgreens sucks (pharmacy) lmao bye
