I came in to the Vons Supermarket on Foothill and Euclid Saturday Morning. I am New to Using the New Tech Digital Coupons and Vons App . The Employees at this Establishment are extremely patient and helpful..... a lady by the name of " Nancy ". went above and beyond to get me situated and started. Thank You so much for All Your Help , this is Now My Go To SUPER MARKET. Great job Vons and especially Miss Nancy 5 stars for sure:-))

I will be coming to the Vons in upland. They have a very good supervisor there that is a people's person and very helpful. I looked at his name tag and it said Nate on it. Some of these associations need to take note on his managing skills.I normally go to the Vons in Claremont, and I had a horrible experience with a sloppy douche of a manager they have. Male Hispanic with short hair that looks like he hasn't bathe in days. Not helpful at all. He did not want to correct my just 4 u transaction. He must of been overwhelmed because of the holidays.Clearly he didn't handle my situation well. It is unfortunate that some places has a bad rotten apple.

The Vons on Foothill Blvd. and Euclid Ave. made excellent New York-style cheesecakes for Christmas. I added fresh raspberries and mini gingerbread men from their store to the center of the cakes. The cheesecakes were ready on date I requested.

I visited the store tonight. I needed something from the meat department was held by some young guy wearing a 49ers hat. He has no idea what Customer Service is. I want this time of season how person can be so rude knowing that this is the end of the year and come days make their most money this time of the year, this guy should be outside in the parking lot picking up trash instead of trying to sell meat to the customers
