“Protein shake that always hits the spot my go to is the double date not too sweet still very filling even has little chunks of date in it so that you still feel like you're eating some thing great meal replacers there are a few people that work here one girl who wears glasses very knowledgeable about nutrition makes the best shakes I know they follow all the same recipe but for some reason when she makes them they're just so much better.”
