We got scammed at Verizon. Beware ! No stars , only minuses ! Beware of the smooth talking salesman trying to line his pockets ! This was at the Colonies near Target.I have been a customer for years, but they have no respect. Do not give them your money ! I tried to contact them. No response. I was told I had to give a star. They are CRIMINALS!

Needed a quick question answered, showed up 30 minutes before closing and the store was already closed. Guy standing at the counter wouldn't open the door. Weird store

Karina helped me and my family. Her service and knowledge of the product was amazing. We spent a short time there and was one our way with a new phone. She explained everything so well that we needed to ask no question. Matt is a very happy young man. Thank You Very Much Karina for the amazing service.

Went to get a plan. Was told I get 2 free phones when I switch which was a lie! Came back 2 days later to get my phone since they didn't have it in stock. They said I had to pay over 300$. Why tell me I get a free phone then have to pay for activation and idk what else. I got the run around and now I feel like cancelling. Phone is a 2021 Motorola not an IPHONE! it already cracked I called to get it repaired since im paying for 50$ INSURANCE for each phone! They said i cannot because they don't have the screen in stock! They wanted me to buy another phone. Wish I was told all of this when I asked instead of waisting almost 500$ was told FIRST bill will be a little over 200$ it was apmost 400$! Had to call and get the fees waived! thanks for the run around. SECOND bill would be 170 which again was a lie. When I talked to customer service they said it's 240! I don't understand why u would tell your customers in store that their bill will be a certain number and when it's not u act surprised. Needless to say I'm pissed especially in this economy I just wanted honesty instead they just try to sell u anything not bolted down ? BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS

Should have read the other reviews. Employees try to scam customers by adding additional chargers and won't sell phones without $150 markups. Go to the corporate store in Rancho and let this place go under.

People here were most helpful and pleasant. Replaced my android of 3-1/2 years {on/off button stopped working} for a newer model. They don't keep them in stock, but it only took 2 days to get delivery. Customer service was great both times I was here.

Angel was the sales representative who helped me he was awesome ,the fact I explain what I wanted he was not pushy and very knowledgeable very hard to find now a sales associate who can relate to the customer without pushing things you don't need thank you Angel for great service

Just bought 3 phones. Haile M seemed nice enough, but scammed me out of installed screen protector, liquid glass, protection plans, and extra eSIM. Haile M never asked me to pay extra for these things. Called Verizon and was able to cancel the protection plan and extra eSIM. However, the $500 screen protector and liquid glass are non-refundable. I thought about returning to get 2 more phones, but not now.

I hardly ever write negative reviews. A business has to display the highest level of incompetence for me to take the energy to do this, just as this Verizon location has done. I walked in to upgrade my phone. Totals weren't adding up and I was eventually able to get out of the manager that they charge a $150 additional "set up" fee. I went home, ordered the same phone online (for $150 less) and set it for in store pickup. I go back to pick it up and meet a combative manager, who proceeds to tell me they do not have the phone (even though I ordered/paid for it for pickup there.) he refused to help or offer any alternatives. I went across the street to the corporate Verizon store, was helped immediately, got my phone in minutes, and was not charged ANY setup fee. It makes absolutely no sense to give the campus ave location any business when you can go just across the street for a truly professional experience with no bogus fees.
