This store has knowledgeable staff and assisted us in phone replacement claims! We walked in at 2pm and had our new phones delivered and activated (same day in-home by Assurion) by 9pm!!! La Verne and Glendora stores both wasted our time with incorrect info and attempted overcharging. The Upland corporate store was great!!!!!

went into store 7 minutes before closing and the guy wouldn't help us, because it would take longer than 7 minutes to replace phone with new phone. I have been going to this verizon for 19 years, even drive from riverside to do business with these guys, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

When a customer comes in on her lunch break to do something she was told would be quick and easy, it should be. When that same customer is frustrated that additional steps are needed she should not be met with the absolute lack of empathy that most of these employees had, including the manager who handed me a piece of paper and might as well have shrugged her shoulders. Sergio was helpful, the rest of the team just couldn’t be bothered. I work in customer service, there is always something that can be done and troubleshooting like Sergio ended up doing is what should have been done from the start vs an utter lack of care. The sole reason they are getting 3 stars instead of 1 is because Sergio was kind and understood my frustration at being told wrong information from the get go, which lead to me having to be there longer than anticipated and being late back to work from lunch. If the owners of this store want to improve their score from 3.6, then teach your employees to care about the customer. And give Sergio a bonus, he was the only bright part of this interaction.

Verizon is already top tier when it comes to Network but let me tell you that Diego is hands down the best ive ever met when it comes to customer service and making miracles happen. Diego made my experience smooth and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Diego!!!

Went in to check out the new samsung s24 ultra...I asked if I could see the the different color options in person, he told me to look it up online...literally didn't even bother to help...why would anyone buy a phone here...why have a store if you are not gonna let people see the product...

I just returned from this store (a Company store no less). I was there to inquire about a minor issue and was met by the 'manager'. No greeting and a rude demeanor all around. He told me of the 30 dollar fee to be assisted by a Tech. Did not look up my account to see that we've been loyal V customers since 2001 or so and never missed a payment.After a 30 min wait (OBTW, the 'manager' informed me when I asked, that "he was the manager" and therefore could not assist me. No explanation.A minute later he was staring out the front window - and no other waiting customers. I did ultimately receive some great assistance by one of the Techs there who did pull up my acct and we discussed the new IPhone 15, etc. Thanks to him, as he was a completeprofessional. Hoping some of his professionalism rubs off on the "Manager" sometime soon. Zero people skills unfortunately.No wonder this store continues to have poor customer reviews - geesh!

After trying to get an appointment we walked in tonight: Christian, the manager, was great!! He was able to schedule us last minute. We got Jay who super helpful, pleasant. Thank you for Verizon!

I needed help because I had turned off my phone brightness. I went into the store looking for help, and this guy who said he was really "savvy" couldn't help me. Suggested Best Buy. I asked if he could plug it into a charger to see if that would change it. Complete idiot. I went home and plugged it in and was able to correct the brightness. I should have got his name, but I didn't. I will not be back to this location.

Not the first time I've had issues with Verizon, at this point I think it's the absolute worst cellular option that's out there. I transferred my account and added on to my fiancés. At this time I paid my account in full, at this store location. After the account was closed Verizon continued charging my old account. I never received any bill of any kind after the initial transfer. A couple months after I noticed my credit report dropping 100 POINTS! They sent me to collections on a bogus bill with NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER! The icing on the cake is I still have a current account that I've been paying in the whole time! DO NOT USE VERIZON, their employees are incredibly uneducated on company policy, management will give you false promises and do absolutely nothing to correct your issue. Kudos to CANDICE who went above and beyond to get my iPhone working after a billing glitch. The symptoms were strange enough that she had to contact Verizon Tech Support and work through it with them. However, she was able to get to the bottom of the problem and resolve it. This store has helped me in the past; but she raised the bar even higher.

After I was turned away, I drove 30 minutes to another Verizon store in the nearby city, it took less than 5 minutes to drop off the train-in phone.

I took all my phone and tablet problems to this store and received great customer service. Candice and the manager were able to sort everything out, even the devices that weren't serviced by Version Wireless. Thank you.

Worst experience here with express pickup orders asthis is my 2nd express order at this location. They take more than 5 hours to fulfill and then don't even use the lockers that are available. Granted I showed up as they were locking the doors to close, my fault. But completely agree with the clear reviews on customer service. Why have it clearly labeled outside the store for online express orders, but not utilize the service and waste customer time. Tried the locker 3 times for good measure. Avoid this location at all costs!
