This store has knowledgeable staff and assisted us in phone replacement claims! We walked in at 2pm and had our new phones delivered and activated (same day in-home by Assurion) by 9pm!!! La Verne and Glendora stores both wasted our time with incorrect info and attempted overcharging. The Upland corporate store was great!!!!!

Verizon is already top tier when it comes to Network but let me tell you that Diego is hands down the best ive ever met when it comes to customer service and making miracles happen. Diego made my experience smooth and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Diego!!!

Candice is the best employee here. She activated a line ported over from Boost my phone isn't working at the moment but that has nothing to do with her.
