Bad service do not recommend
They keep losing my package ?. At the facility. This is the fifth package. The post office ? service is getting very bad every time I come to the post office. They told me that they were going to call me at 10 am and they never called me back.!!

They lost 3 of my packages in the last 3 months. There is no accountability, they didn't even scan my packages. What am I paying for tracking for??? Last time i mail from here. They have 1 job to to and are a bunch of incompetent government workers thst don't care what happens to your package and always deflect blame to everyone else except them. $3000 in merchandise lost! Not only do they disrupt your business and make you look bad in front of your customers, but they cost you tons of money and you can't sue them!!!!

That place is okay! Not too dirty! Sometimes you have to wait in long lines. They don't have enough parking place there. They need more parking place there. The neighborhood is okay. It's not too hard to find.?

Worst post office I've ever visited. Place is a joke. These people don't want to do their job. I waited in a very long line in the pre-paid line, while seeing a worker looking around, sitting doing nothing. The man in front of me stepped out to see if he would help him. And he could and did. Why did he have to seek help??? He didn't want to take the next person. He clearly didn't want to do his job. Once I received help, I had mentioned that I didn't have to pay for tape in Rancho Cucamonga. I wasn't expecting to have to pay since Rancho didn't charge me in the past. I didn't have money on me. She very rudely told me that I'll have to go rancho then. I'll commute to a different location from now on. They're rude and not helpful.

It was good 3window clerks. Long lines. The window clerk that was helping me had to close her window, because her machine was acting up. So I was helped buy another clerk after she finished with her customer. Then I had stamps from 2006 I asked did they have any 1 cents stamps she said at least there office didn't have any. She asked me if I wanted to use my stamps to put on my package. If so I would have to get out of the line and do so. She told me the price for Priority. Was 9.00 my stamps were 29 cents, 39cents and up. After having to wait because the teller I went to machine broke down . And move to another window. There was no way I was getting out of that line. I know things happen.

Do not use international shipping!! I payed 70 dollars to send a power of attorney to Mexico and it have been 14 days and they still do not receive it. The lady at the desk told me that they are not responsible once it arrives to another country, then why didn't explain that before charging 70 dollars?? Such of horrible service for an express service, do not waste your time, go to UPS

Prices keep rising, yet no additional staffing is provided.Always a line, rarely less than 10 people waiting. Lacks sufficient parking.
