I'm doing this review so that more people go to this shop for their AutoBody needs! After going to 3 different body shops that would not want to work on my car (even with insurance), Ricky was more than willing to take it in and repair it. I just picked up my car and I am amazed at how everything turned out; I don't even remember if it looked this new when I bought it!This business has amazing communication, is honest and clear about everything it is they are going to do and why. I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. Definitely coming back if I ever need a repair again.Services: Painting

This place is the best. I went to several other shops and they told me that it was impossible to even give me an estimate within a week. But when I came here, they fit me in right away, and took care of my repair immediately. The owner and staff were friendly and knowlegable. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best body shop around. My car needed a lot of work done … from PDR, door handle work, a new bumper, paint and all 4 wheels repaired. Ricky, who runs the shop was true to his word and gave me honest feedback on what needed to get done. His team also completed the job in just 3 days! I got my car back looking better than I expected. They even added a few minor touch ups to make sure the car looked perfect with no additional cost! Pricing was better than the other shops around as well. I will be coming back for my next project. Great shop and knowledgeable staff. They helped get my car back in shape promplty and dealt with the annoying insurance company. Great price for windshield replacement as well. Would definitely recommend.

So happy with the care and quality work provided at this shop. They were able fix a loose tail light on our 2020 Chevrolet Bolt (instead of replacing the entire unit, saving hundreds over the dealer replacement cost) they also were able to fix and buff out a scraped mirror housing instead of buying a new one. Very impressed!

Nothing major, with my BMW, but needed a little work. Ricky's a friendly personable guy, who happens to do exceptional work, as well! Reasonable price and looks brand new. Hope I never have to see him again! :)

I went to a couple places which quoted me thousands of dollars to fix an issue with my door. Thankfully, I found Ricky who was able to fix most of the issue within 2 minutes of looking at the car for free. He gave me a great deal to fix it up completely.Overall Ricky is a good guy and you should swing by before doing any work on your car.

I had the back quarter panel punctured and torn. Insurance wanted to total my (otherwise pristine) vehicle or else pay an exorbitant amount of money to get the panel repaired. I was lucky enough to have a working relationship with Rick over at Uptown Auto Craft, so I knew better. Sure enough, I took it down to Rick and he said it'd be no problem, he'd get it looking good as new, and that it would take 2-3 weeks. I was willing to wait because I was familiar with his workmanship and knew it was going to be done right (not to mention at a fraction the cost of what the insurance company's body shop was asking for). True to form, Rick exceeded expectations. He had it completed and ready for pickup in one week (five days not counting the weekend), and it was so cleanly done that I cannot even find where exactly the damage had been in the first place. The folks at Uptown Auto Craft aren't craftsman so much as real-life body shop wizards. Don't waste your time with anyone else; if you're looking for body work and you want it done right, Uptown Auto Craft is the spot.
