Dropped off my mom's Bernina sewing machine for service, it's a older model and it got a basic service and that's all it needed. So yes it's a good place to take your sewing machine there for work.

Very friendly staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix my grandmother's sewing machine due to not being able to get the parts, but they were very kind.
This little downtown gem has been a local sewing repair shop since the 1960's. We service customers in Upland, Pomona, Ontario, Alta Loma, Claremont, La Verne, Fontana, San Dimas, Diamond Bar, Rialto, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Corona, Riverside and even the High Desert. At that time it was a family-ran business until Lou and Rosalie bought the location in 1995. Lou and Rosalie maintained the service department, and expanded the store by adding classes, fabric and more lines of machines. Over the years, they have carried every well known brands but have slowly weeded out the brands that weren't maintaining their quality. They have kept the brands they could trust and be proud to sell.
