The new owners customer service is trash. Everything in the store is overpriced. If their customer service wasn’t trash I wouldn’t mind paying over price. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your business to them.

I do love the owner..unfortunately she is not there..if she was..slI know she would have handled this differently...The gentlemen(used loosely)..was super unprofessional. I bought an elf bar..when I got home I scanned the url code....and never expected it would not be an authentic product..I explained the situation very politely. And the response was.."what would you like me 2 do about it...I am just an employee." I said I would like a refund or scan another box and if it is legit I will take that one. He said no...and asked why it was open. It was opened because I didn't have my phone when I bought it and scanned when I got home. As if he would just put a fake product on the shelf. I stated that this is bad business..if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. I know the owner would have reacted differently..have a good repore with her...but the employee now...I am good...won't go again..and I am not making a fake review..honestly very disappointed.
