Very happy with service and price! They were able to clear "Collision Prevention Assist Plus Inoperative" message which, apparently, is a common problem with 2015 Mercedes CLA 250. They also replaced the battery. Solid business and Andy is communicative and pleasant to do business with. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my Mercedes Metris. Took it to Walters MB. $250 diagnostic test. Said it needs a new turbo, $5000. I had done some research prior, and felt that it just needed a part. Found Upland Mercedes Repair after doing a quick search. Andy got me in quickly and determined that it only needed a $159 part, not a new complete $5000 turbo! Sick of these dealers ripping you off. Andy and the team were great! And, saved me $4300! I highly recommend this business and will be returning for any future MB repairs. Thanks Andy!

I'm back here today Nov 30,2023 I told Andy that I don't have much money to fix the car this time but his answer I will try fix no matter what I'll put fluid if needed and drive it let see what will happen just drive it for meantime. My car leaked green fluid after my service at the Ontario Mercedes. I didn't want to go back there to check the problem since I knew how much that would cost me. So I searched on Yelp and found this gold. Andy and his father were super friendly and kind. It was a huge relief that they found the problem was only a windshield fluid leak. Andy suggested waiting for a few days, coming back and getting it fixed if the problem worsens, and he didn't charge me for the checkup! I definitely will come back for the fix-ups if needed, and all the future services.
