0 stars horrible service. I dropped off my lawnmower for a simple cable replacement and was told that it would be ready for pick up next day. After at least 10 phone calls and 4 weeks later I finally was called yesterday that my lawnmower was finished. When they rolled out my lawnmower I noticed the bag was missing. After being told for 45 minutes that it didn't have a bag when I dropped it off, the mechanic found my bag. They didn't even offer a discount for all the trouble or accusing me that it didn't have a bag. Many of the phone conversations had he couldn't even find my lawn mower to get me a status. His response was always I will find it and call you back. But never received a call back. Horrible operation if you take your equipment here it may get lost amongst the un organized madness.

Took my Honda lawnmower in for repairHad to return it (5) times , every time charge me, spent over $250.00 lawnmower only cost$400.00 at Home Depot new , this lawnmower is only 4 years old, different reason every time, tryed to talk to the owner about itGot very angry told me to leaveWould highly not recommend this placeI haveBeen in business for over 40 years I know how to treat a customers,all he wants is to get more money every time when he didn’t fix it in the first placeTwo customers were their and said they would not be back because the way he treated his customers (me)Owner says that I have bad gas that’s what wrong with my mower, this after he charges me again. So I go bye new gas and a new gas can, tryed to mow my lawn and the same problemCalled to tell the owner again will not listenWants me to bring back a (6) timeI have gave good hard money just to get it repaired I don’t need to talked to like thisYou give me no choiceI will see you in courtTo anybody that reads thisThink a again about using this company

Went there to inquire about a lawn mower repair. Was completely ignored for an awkwardly long time. Finally was seen to, and can tell you right now they don't want you. They don't want customers. They don't like you and you won't like them. How this business is still around is beyond me. They must have some ongoing contracts that keep them open.

They fixed my lawnmower but my weed wacker wasn't I had to take it back twice and both were unsuccessful. The amount of money that I was charged to repair I could've just bought a new one. I wish they would've just told me they could repair it.

I went in to buy a tire for a cart a very small tire with the price tag of $39 but I ended up paying $73.85. they were right about to close and I was exhausted so I really didn't pay attention and just handed him the money. But I think I was way overpriced and plan to go back tomorrow to talk to the owner of the shop hopefully he can explain to me why I paid $30 and some change over and above what the tire cost. We'll see.

I left my weedwacker there on a Tuesday and told him (Paul the owner) that I needed it back the following Monday. I thought it was rather strange that he hadn’t called to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost to get it repaired. Rather than call him on the following Monday I stopped by and he hadn’t even looked at it. I let him know that he agreed it would be done on that day. I left and no sooner got home he called me and told me the motor was no good. That said, he knows his stuff, but he really has no process there. He wants to see your “claim ticket “ yet he has no system. Again he knows his stuff but don’t expect the customer service level that you may elsewhere. He is convenient and close by.Hopefully his son , who now works there, can fix that aspect of his business.
