I came here because of the good reviews and because I was referred by Mercury. Ralph assisted me. He was condescending every time I spoke to him. I ignored it because I just wanted my car repaired and figured I'd never have to deal with him again.Immediately after getting my car back, the rear sensor started alerting me every time I went in reverse even when there was nothing there. I tried to ignore it but eventually it was blaring every time like I was about to hit something. I called Ralph and he had me bring it in. He looked at me in the same condescending way he always did, like that was supposed to be normal. He tried to tell me that I needed a new camera that he could order for $500. I told him this never happened before the repairs. I knew it was pointless trying to get him to hear me out so I called Mercury. The sensors have nothing to do with the camera. You could feel that they were not flush with the bumper, especially the one that was going off. Either Ralph doesn't know how things work or he thinks I'm an idiot. I'm thinking the latter as I find it hard to believe someone working at a body shop, dealing with bumpers wouldn't know that. Mercury referred me to a new body shop that is fixing their mistake. After getting into an accident that was not my fault, upland collision craft made it an even bigger inconvenience

I was rear ended and Mercury recommended them and plus I had a lot of water damage on a separate claim and I let them handle that as well and they did a beautiful job. Thank you Ralph Lugo!

I was rear ended and Mercury recommended them and I also had a lot of water damage on my car on the hood and passenger right side. This was a separate claim and since I was there I let them handled that as well and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Thank you Ralph Lugo! Michelle Dickson.

This is by far the strangest experience I've had with a business. The warning signs were present as soon as I made the first phone call. The lady that answered the phone had a tone as if she was doing me a favor by answering the phone. It's difficult to explain, so you will have to hear it for your self when you call. It's a condescending tone as if I should be on my knees thanking my good fortune that I can have the privilege to bring my business here. At the time I felt that it was that perhaps she was having a bad day. Everyone has a bad day right? So I made the appointment and got the estimate, and I have to say the man I talked to was pleasant and I thought we'll let's give it a shot. My claim was through a major top 3 US insurer , and this shop just happens to be an authorized repair shop for this major insurance company. So needless to say this is easy money, guaranteed payment for services rendered. Then the trouble starts. I called back and I recognized the lady that picked up the phone, and she had the same tone as the first time. I should have hung up, but I asked for the appointment. Then she says, we need a deposit. I said no problem talk to the insurance company, they are handing 100% of the repair cost. She said "no, this can't be covered by the insurance company, we need you to pay out out pocket, just in case you change your mind." I called the insurance company and the rep said she never heard of such a thing and called the repair shop to guarantee them that all costs are 100% covered. So, why would I make a deal with a shop that I don't intend to use? I'm an bewildered honestly. This shop gave up a guaranteed pay out just in case I changed my mind. Needless to say I took my business else where and OMG! It was a night and day difference. If you wan to know where I made my repairs check out my other reviews, and you won't be sorry. Consumer beware, and head the warning signs before it's too late.

Car repair shops are a dime a dozen but some stand above the rest. Through my insurance company I decided to go with Upland Collision Craft. From the first conversation that I had with Ralph Perez to the day I picked up my car, Ralph was exceptional. He was on point, he new the business. He explained what he needed to do for my car and kept me in the loop with decision making. He always had time to take my calls and answer my questions. I'm sure he treated all his customers like that. I couldn't wait to pick up my car and see what they did to it. My car was beautiful! His team put the final touched on it. The workmanship was precise. I could not have been any happier. Shout out to Ralph and his team! I hope I can come back later with a picture.

I just want to give a shout out to Ralph and his whole team! I was hit by a delivery truck and when I went through my insurance they gave me a choice of where to take my car I chose Upland Collision Craft because they had the best reviews and their work looked pristine. I made my appointment for my consultation and Ralph was there to great me and look over my car. Sure he could have taken my car right then and there but he didn't instead he recommended that since my car was still drive-able that I keep it until the parts came to cut down on my rental car cost once the parts were in we set up an appointment to drop off my car and true to his word he kept me up to date even emailed me pictures after they took off the damaged parts of my car. My car did take a little longer than expected because of rain and some other damage that was discovered and parts having to be ordered but Ralph apologized (it wasn't his fault) which he didn't have too but I appreciated it. He could have did a rush job and got me my car back but he didn't and I appreciate that. When I picked my car up it looked just like the day I bought it off the lot! I was so excited! Thanks Ralph and team at Upland Collision Craft!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had a broken front windshield and the level of service was OUTSTANDING! They not only got the part I needed timely, they went out of their way to schedule an appointment at my convenience to get this fixed. However, the biggest "deal" to me, was that they didn't inflate their cost for the part, nor their labor. How do I know this? I "shopped" around and spoke to 3 different companies (one of which was recommended by my Insurance Co.) and all three were more than doubled of what I was charged...outrageous! In fact, the car dealer I routinely take my car to for maintenance was going to charge me more than double the part, not including labor - and wouldn't order it until I paid upfront. Needless to say, I didn't go with that option! In this current society we live in, not too many businesses operate with integrity and professionalism, however Upland Collision Craft is the EXCEPTION! I am telling anyone and everyone to go to Upland Collision Craft, they are just EPIC! Yes, they have a customer for life.

My daughter damaged her 2007 300z and although finding parts was a challenge, Ralph and his team found the proper parts and expertly fixed her car. The car looks as good as it did pre-accident, and with the cars age, Upland Collision Craft went above and beyond, by repairing a couple items that were necessary but not part of the scheduled repair. I would go back to this shop anytime.

Our SUV needed repairs to a damaged lift gate and a scraped rear side panel. We did a lot of research on body shops in our area before deciding on Upland Collision Craft based on their excellent reviews. After going through the repair process with them, we can absolutely say that their great reviews are very well deserved! Ralph Lugo was totally transparent about how the cost estimate was done and gave us a very competitive price for the repairs. He kept us updated with texts and photos throughout the repair process and had our car done earlier than expected. The repairs were absolutely perfect and our car looks brand new. We were not only impressed by the excellent quality of the repairs, but with the sparkling clean condition of our car, inside and out, when we picked it up. If we ever need auto repairs in the future, Upland Collision Craft will be the place we go. We recommend them very highly!
